I had a great experience with this car rental company. I needed a car as my vehicle was going into…read morethe shop for a recall and some warranty issues. I wasn't sure how long I would need the rental but Keith at Enterprise assured me that extending the length of the rental would not be a problem. So, I did have to extend the length several times and each time I was told that it would be fine. Finally, after two weeks, I got my vehicle back and was able to return the rental. Everything went great and I thanked Keith and the staff for being so flexible with my rental. I will definitely use them again if I need to and I sure would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

Maybe because Google's definition doesn't specifically mention the word "car" they don't beleive it applies? I reserved a car for today at 9:30. They then called me this morning to tell me that they gave it to one of the local auto body shops and they didn't have anything for me. OK they're bigger fish, it's annoying but I get it. Then I called back to ask if they had anything at one of their other locations. The guy first gave me a different story as to why my car wasn't reserved, then said I should call. When I asked if he could check he said no. So they created a problem, then went ahead and did all of nothing to fix it. Meanwile I have to reschedule my entire weekend. These people are not only incompentnt but also discurtious.

I rented from the tunnel road Enterprise a year or so ago and just had a negative experience with someone that's no longer there so I just started renting from the other locations. I'm a frequent renter sometimes renting as many as six or seven times a month. I rented from the tunnel road Enterprise, the last three times. And they have their stuff together. I really appreciate them. Especially Sierra and Jillian and I wish I knew the other guy's name that took care of us several times before but I highly recommend that location. You need to rent your pick up trucks probably about a week in advance if you're wanting specifically a pickup truck but once you get how their system works with returns, you can get what you're looking for. Anyway, I appreciate you folks! Highly recommend.

Abysmal. Made a…read morereservation 3 weeks in advance in conjunction with a cross-country military move. I received a phone call 48 hours prior to pick-up stating they may or may not honor the reservation based on inventory. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my booking was canceled--though they could not confirm who canceled it... It appears evident that Enterprise canceled my reservation after our previous phone call. They were unable to offer any vehicles but encouraged me to wait at the office in the event of another party's booking cancellation. It is my highest recommendation that future customers look elsewhere. I regret not working with a more reputable and reliable provider.

The process was easy, the rate was competitive and the rental agent gave me my choice of vehicle which doesn't always happen. There was a little confusion on whether I'd requested the prepaid gas option or not but we worked that out quickly. I was happy and satisfied with my rental experience from National Rental Car in Asheville North Carolina and I hope you will be also.

This is one of those super small airport joint rental car facilities all at one desk so I can see the line getting really bad at times. I was lucky.
