The 'manager' of this location, Jared, is rude, abrasive, abusive, hostile, and generally mean. I'm uncertain who would have hired him, or promoted him, but it speaks to the overall level of management and customer care in Asheville. Simply put, Enterprise DOES NOT CARE about you. You are an afterthought. Enterprise will not do anything to attempt to correct their errors, and instead employees like 'Jared' are installed to force customers into whatever pathetic disgusting vehicle they have on hand at the time. The process was easy, the rate was competitive and the rental agent gave me my choice of vehicle which doesn't always happen. There was a little confusion on whether I'd requested the prepaid gas option or not but we worked that out quickly.
