I received a phone call 48 hours prior to pick-up stating they may or may not honor the reservation based on inventory. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my booking was canceled--though they could not confirm who canceled it... It appears evident that Enterprise canceled my reservation after our previous phone call. They were unable to offer any vehicles but encouraged me to wait at the office in the event of another party's booking cancellation. It is my highest recommendation that future customers look elsewhere. I regret not working with a more reputable and reliable provider.

The process was easy, the rate was competitive and the rental agent gave me my choice of vehicle which doesn't always happen. There was a little confusion on whether I'd requested the prepaid gas option or not but we worked that out quickly. I was happy and satisfied with my rental experience from National Rental Car in Asheville North Carolina and I hope you will be also.

This is one of those super small airport joint rental car facilities all at one desk so I can see the line getting really bad at times. I was lucky.
