We also emailed a timeline for the day. On the day of the lof the wedding they were supposed to be pick up the bride at the house at 1:15 pm and they called and said they were going to be there at 1:30. They hadn't shown by 1:50. We had to scramble to find someway for my daughter and her bridesmaids to make it to the wedding. (Very late and we're crammed into an SUV) . My husband called them at both numbers and no answer. They called back 5 minutes later and said they went to the venue without the bride and said they would come and get her (which was 30 minutes away). We declined. If you hire this company you may not get to your location.

As the first reviewer of Limo Zen (limousine service), I'm pleased to report that my experience was…read moreabsolutely great. My wife and I attended a wedding this past weekend (9/17/16) at The Cliffs at Glassy. We live in Tryon, NC and didn't want to drive there for the wedding and back after the reception. In addition, we had never been to The Cliffs and were not sure where it was and how to navigate the winding road leading up to the resort. Having Limo Zen in the area was a blessing. We easily set up the reservation online and received a prompt reply from Heather confirming everything. A few days before the event she sent me the driver's name (Joe P.) and his contact number. On the day of the event I called Heather to confirm everything (because I'm a little OCD about plans and schedules). She confirmed that Joe would pick us up at 3:15 PM. At 3:10 PM he pulled into our driveway. PERFECT timing! The vehicle assigned to us that evening was a new black Cadillac Escalade. Joe has the AC set low (it was a hot day) and bottles of water for us. He was a delight to have a driver. Joe, we learned is a recent transplant to the area from Upstate NY so my wife and I (both native Tar Heels) had a lot of fun talking with him. Although only in the area a short while, Joe knew exactly where we going and the shortest route to take. We arrived right on time. After a beautiful wedding and wonderful reception, Joe picked us up at 9:30 PM (again perfect timing). We have used UBER, limo services and executive cars a lot when traveling in large cities and we can say Limo Zen (including Heather and Joe) are as good as any big city transportation service. I hope Limo Zen has a long and prosperous future in the WNC & Upstate SC area because we really need top level transportation services. Thanks Limo Zen. I'm sure we'll be using you again.

Justin is easily one of the most gracious, respectful, communicative, responsive, and professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We were planning a wedding in WNC from afar as we don't live fulltime in the area, and Justin made our lives infinitely easier throughout the planning process as we arranged to/from transportation for all of our guests who joined us for our wedding and reception. In addition to immaculate transportation service, every single guest who rode with Justin raved about his service and all the little things he did (remembering people's names before even meeting them in person; politely helping people in/out vans, etc). We were surprised that Justin did a 'dry run' in advance of the wedding and in doing so, discovered optimal paths that saved our guests time in getting to the wedding safely and expeditiously. And as my wife and I reveled in the reception celebration, Justin enabled us to enjoy without having to feel like we were clock-watching. Lastly, it had snowed overnight before our wedding; I'm sure our guests were relatively nervous about a winter wedding with below freezing temperatures, but Justin was expert in safely navigating up and down the mountain. If you have the opportunity to work with this organization, it'll be the easiest and best decision you make for whatever it is you're planning.
