My wife booked us a special vacation for our 20th anniversary and my birthday to Cabo San Lucas. If you are reading reviews to find the best travel agency to use for your special trips, I hope this leads you to the best choice we ever made. Enough cannot be said about the service and care that we received. It was our first time travelling abroad, and we had so many questions that came to mind over the course of several months as we prepared. They were ALL answered quickly to help guide us. We received periodic reminders (such as checking our passport dates, vaccination records, things to pack, etc.) on things that we would not have thought to do. Their informative contact and quick responses to questions made us feel we were in good hands and expected to have a good time. The last couple weeks leading up to our departure we also received information about the hospitality company that would be assisting when we arrived and the concierge who could arrange tours and other perks while we were there. The flights were perfectly timed with enough space between them that we did not have to race through the terminals in hopes that our connecting flight wouldn't leave us. The information they sent about the transportation, what to watch out for, and exactly where to go when we got off the plane was like a golden ticket. Not travelling abroad before, when exiting the airport, we were barraged with people saying they were there to pick us up. They were time share salespeople and other promotional salespeople. Had we not been prepared with the information Taylor Made Travel sent us, we probably would still be in Cabo listening to a sales pitch. That alone was a huge guidance and time saver. We negotiated our way through the throng of people, out the door, and straight to the exact kiosk to meet our driver. We were picked up in a nice Suburban with 1 other couple and taken to the resort. I'm sorry if I'm writing too much, but I could write pages on the all-inclusive resort that Taylor Made Travel had suggested and booked for us. The staff, from the person that took our name getting out of the truck, to the bell hop, to the front desk, restaurant and bar staff, and even the housekeeping was top shelf. This resort fit our wants perfectly. My wife was clear she wanted to see the ocean from our room. The resort was sort of a U shape. Most of the rooms could come out on their balcony and look to the side and see the ocean. When we were checking in my wife asked if we could see the ocean and he said yes. We were a little skeptical, but it was a view to die for. Taylor Made Travel got us in one of 8 rooms that literally faced the ocean and could see the waves. We could lay on our bed and see the ocean waves and the beach. With the balcony door open, we could hear them crashing onto shore. It was about as close to paradise as we could ever hope for. The food and beverages were very good. We took an excursion to several places and our concierge from the hospitality company came out to the resort to meet with us. He showed us several different options and recommended the one he felt we would enjoy most. It was an amazing tour. This week was a once in a lifetime trip for us, and Taylor Made Travel completely surpassed all expectations and guided us to a trip that has given us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We have never used a travel agent before, but we will only use one in the future, Taylor Made Travel, because they completely blew us away with their service, personal attention, quality guidance and information, and incredible memories that will last us a lifetime.
