I attended an estate sale and purchased a large, heavy mirror. I realized I wouldn't be able to…read morehelp carry it, so I asked a staff member if someone could assist. She told me yes and mentioned a tip for the person who helped. A gentleman then helped my husband carry the mirror down the stairs. At the top of the stairs, a woman who I believe is named Brittany Y. began following closely behind them on the staircase, which felt unnecessary and made an already difficult situation more stressful. Once downstairs, I handed a cash tip directly to the gentleman. At that point, Brittany took the money from his hand and immediately asked me if I had more to give. When I said "excuse me," she responded, "Not trying to be tacky, but can you give him more money?" I declined. Instead of leaving it there, she remained outside harassing me while my husband and I secured the mirror and continued to ask us for more money. During this time, she told me that "this is her business, and the employee only makes $15 an hour and she doesn't have insurance for them to move things". This was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Discussing an employee's wages and internal policies with a customer-- and especially asking for more money--is highly unprofessional. I did apologize just to end the interaction, but the situation should never have escalated this way. I was willing to tip for help, but being pressured repeatedly and having the money taken from the employee was unacceptable. While I appreciate the help from the gentleman, this experience left a very negative impression. If employees are not supposed to assist with moving items, Brittany could have said something before they started down the stairs.

After reading the reviews, I noticed most of the high ratings come from owners. That might explain…read morethe difference in experience, because as a tenant this company was difficult to deal with. Email communication often felt passive aggressive and any time I asked a simple question, I got long policy explanations instead of a real answer. I had to follow up several times just to try to renew my lease and kept getting the runaround. I eventually moved because paying rent on time should not come with that much hassle or uncertainty. I rarely needed maintenance since I handled most things myself. Getting my security deposit back took far too long and every time I asked about it, I got more excuses. They charged a 250 application fee, a 25 per person monthly service fee on top of rent, and even offered a 95 option to fast track the return of my own security deposit. On top of that, they offered to charge 495 for move out cleaning. No thanks I can do that myself. I've never ever not gotten back a security deposit. I'm not that person. Everything felt transactional and unnecessary, which honestly pushed me toward leaving. Right before my lease ended, I sent notice that I was moving. Even then, I got what felt like an automated message telling me my renters insurance needed to be confirmed for the next year. I replied saying I was moving out in a few days and still had insurance, and the response I got back basically told me to send proof or be charged 10 dollars. I am not letting anyone nickel and dime me over things like that. 10 dollars. Please quit the shit. Owners may have a smoother experience, but tenants deal with a very different side of things. Best of luck if you decide to rent from them. I will not be using them again. As a property owner and a renter, this definitely isn't the way people should be treated ever. I only have 2 stars because after 30 plus days I got my deposit back. Minus a f*+^€n 5.00 e-check fee. Yall needed that I guess.

I came in for a tour with my sister around 5pm and Fazii was still very upbeat, engaging and ready to give us a tour despite it being the end of the day. She showed us all the amenities then brought us into the apartments for the viewing. The one bedrooms are pretty huge with ample space for anyone who may work from home. The bathrooms were decently sized, as well as the closets. The hallways were quiet, which was nice because who wants to live in noise and chaos. She really took her time to explain why Camden would be a good choice for me. While I did go with another apartment (I'm afraid of heights and didn't want to live in a high rise anymore), Fazii followed up with me via text and email and even after I told her I chose another location, she was still very personable. That exemplified how much she was willing to help me and wasn't solely focused on just signing a new tenant. Camden Oaks is a good choice for anyone who is ok with living in a high rise and wants a large space with quiet neighbors and an amazing view. Plus, they have valet and 24hr concierge and trust me, you can't beat that.

I went to a unit I was interested in, but the tenant next to the unit had a shopping cart outside the door. This leasing agent said it was acceptable. I was not impressed with her at all on my second visit, bad attitude, not professional. She also recorded my conversation, but she did not record when I told her it took 2 weeks for her to respond. I totally disagreed with any tenants leaving their personal items outside their unit. All personal items should be placed inside your unit, with no exceptions.

Maintenance team was great, friendly, and responsive to any of our needs throughout our time there. We unfortunately had to get out of our lease early due to life circumstances and paid the fees that were required. We didn't have any major problems until after moving out. We cleaned thoroughly and took pictures and videos, but we got charged for a carpet replacement among other things that costed over $500. We spoke with the staff about these charges, and they claimed it was due to our dog, which we had paid a deposit for, but apparently that deposit didn't go towards any of the damages. I am really disappointed that this has put such a negative spin on our stay there. We have recommended many people to check out the complex, but no longer will. If you have a dog, I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with Stonebridge due to their deposits as well as the lack of cleanliness and space around the property.

Please know they will charge you for carpet replacement every time you move out. No matter the $1000s you pay for deposits and fees. They'll keep it all. I have a bill for keys- that I returned- and a bill for carpet replacement they said is 41 months out of 60 months. Total is 1276. Insane! Not to mention I put up with years of broken entry and exit gates, stolen packages, broken AC, AC on fire, lack of garbage clean up in the walkways and people having their cars and tires stolen. Didn't pay my rent late- not one time. I once watched them tear out a perfectly good fireplace in my living room months before the winter storm and patch that one rectangular area with the same carpet. Now tell why I'm paying replacement for every square inch? They'll get their money somehow. It's a shame it's this way. My video is too long to post here of my apartment but if you want to see what they're charging me for, as in a clean apartment, I'll share it with you. Bottom line here is bad business practice.
