Pleasantly surprised! We scanned the reviews of many local eating establishments , so many with a 2 or 3. How did we end up at Ten20? We were sleeping in our Subaru, parked at a 24 hour station when craziness broke out, rather scared we drove off in pursuit of a safer place. We ended up at Ten20, parked, set up for a sleep. Walking in to the station area we were greeted. No hassles sleeping in our vehicle, as in knocking on our windows. As always we like to patronize services for the "sleeping" space. We filled our tank, ate at the cafe. This is truck stop food, don't get uppity expecting a latte, gourmet anything. The friendly servers bring out hash browns, eggs, pancakes, etc. The food has no off flavors, the food is fresh. Endless coffee refills. We were so appreciative of the welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff. We're from Edina, MN and appreciated a "common", low-keyed venue. No rushing us out the door. read more

Significantly reduced menu with higher prices and reduced quality. Breakfast, ham & cheese omelet was not good, hash browns charred and not sure there was even butter on the toast. Turkey commercial no longer on the menu. The only thing good was the service. read more

We discovered this new restaurant when searching the area for breakfast. We almost went by it twice as it is in a gas station. It has a full bar and very good breakfast. We actually went there twice as there really isn't much breakfast in the area. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs the first day and full breakfast the second day. Both were done very well. My partner had eggs Benedict the first day and the full breakfast the second day. They also have lunch and a full bar. read more

This is not a crappy truck stop. It is clean, great atmosphere, and super friendly service. The menu has something for everyone. I had no expectations going in and was pleasantly surprised. They are definitely making a lot of items in house. It doesn't taste like things are defrosted or dumped out of a jug. The Mac and cheese was the only thing that was meh, otherwise pretty dang good food. We'll be back to try breakfast! read more

The burgers are ok and they come with a half cup of French fries for the price of the meal you should get a little bit more fries especially what they are charging you for the meal fries were cold and the pulled pork was cold as well The restaurant is very loud with a handful of people, it's an echo chamber with the concrete walls and the chairs squeaking on the floor they try to make it better with socks on the feet of the chairs Service from the servers is fine they do their best with what they are working with If you have other options and aren't stranded at the truck stop I would suggest someplace else! read more

We held our daughter's graduation party upstairs at the Ten30/Player's Club and it was an absolute hit!! Wanda is the culinary genius who helped plan the menu and cooked the delicious food!! We had chicken wings, ham pickle roll ups, chips and queso/pico and fresh fruit! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared! The fruit was fresh and ripe! The buffet was set up beautifully! They were very easy to work with and very accommodating! I feel like we got more than our money's worth and none of the stress of hosting the party at our home! Would HIGHLY recommend!! read more

Nice little spot on the outskirts of Mankato. Family friendly menu with lots of options for many differing appetites. Staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional, our server went out of his way to ensure our experience was the best it could be. Highly recommend the Rueben sandwich. The fries were perfectly done and presented in a nice mini fry basket for nice presentation. My wife ordered a hamburger and added cheese and bacon. My only complaint was that there were no up-charge fees listed on the menu to know that bacon was $3.00 extra and cheese was a $2.00 up-charge; I have no problem paying the extra, but it would be nice to know how much the extras are. Overall I would recommend this as a great spot for a family dinner. The service is worth the visit. read more

OMG! This dish is DELICIOUS!!! The sauce packed a flavorful punch and it was nice and creamy. The sirloin was tender and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be ordering this again next time I'm back here in Mankato. read more

The food was very good; there was a lot of it; and we thoroughly enjoyed the wait staff.

My niece recommended this place to us today, saying that her family had eaten here several times and never had a bad meal yet. So, we tried it and wow, it was great! The Pitts-burger was excellent! John the bartender was our waiter and we give him 5 stars also for his great service to our table in the dining room. He was very helpful, kind and attentive. Went there for breakfast. We arrived at 11:40 a.m., knowing they served till noon. We were told that it would be 10 minutes. We walked around and saw that there were more open tables than there were customers seated. I then asked if it was too late for breakfast and the hostess said yes. The place was clean. read more

Our company chose to host our Sr. Managers 20th anniversary at Ten20 and everything was great. The place was super flexible and accommodating. Our server Isaak was patient and on point with making sure everyone had everything they needed. We reserved the golf simulator which was fun for people to try, played bean bags and darts. Ambiance is great. Service is great. Food in restaurant side does not taste good. The dishes aren't even accurate to the region the menu's claim it's from. I am from Texas and all the people I know do not put slaw on a BBQ sandwich. The southern style sweet tea tastes like it has baking soda in it ( which is not what we do in the south). The breakfast burritos on the travel center side contains peppers (which my wife is allergic to). Other truck stops in the U.S. do not put ingredients in that people are allergic to. We had to throw out the breakfast that we got due to this. I hope to see these issues resolved in the future. read more
