Chocolates seem to be overpriced and not properly concealed. They lean over to grab chocolates while their shirt rubs against the other chocolates. No hair net. They should really invest in a case and extremely long tongues. I stopped in the grab my father some chocolates and she was washing a container, loud Brittany spears music playing which was ok just a tad bit loud. Store is small quaint and clean. Aesthetics are OK directly behind Lucille's selected a couple of chocolate options I four or maybe five that turned out to be 20 bucks extremely tiny and I can tell she wasn't happy when I stated do you have tongues and she said this is what the little tissues are for and held held it up in the air. read more

I just went to their Valencia location and OMG... it is SO good. My husband got an iced vanilla latte and I'm not even exaggerating, it's literally the best coffee I've ever had in my life. It was perfect. Kaylyn made our drinks and she was amazing. Super sweet, great customer service, and just made the whole experience even better. The shop itself is so cute and has sooo many options, different chocolates, caramelized apples, kettle corn, flavored popcorn, nuts like pistachios, croissants, and a whole bakery section. Everything looked insanely good. We ended up getting Reese's and the latte this time, but honestly I wanted to try everything. We are 100% coming back every time we're craving coffee. Totally recommend this place!! read more

Kevin and I finally stopped by Temptations Chocolate Café at Valencia Town Center this weekend, and I can't believe it took us this long to try it. Kevin ordered a tea, and I ordered the Kailynn -- one of the barista favorites (iced matcha with brown sugar, vanilla, cold foam, and cinnamon). They were out of matcha at the time, so they substituted espresso instead, and I actually ended up loving it. It was warm, flavorful, and perfectly cozy for the day. One thing I really appreciated is that their menu highlights drinks that are the baristas' personal favorites. It's such a thoughtful touch and makes choosing something feel a little more personal. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid back, and the customer service was friendly. Overall, it was a sweet little stop in the middle of our day, and we're glad we finally gave it a try. Another simple visit that turned into a nice little treat for us. read more

Coffee break? Always a good idea, especially when the coffee actually delivers. If you're the type who needs something sweet with your caffeine, you're covered as there are plenty of dessert options to choose from. I definitely regretted not ordering a bigger size, but they nailed my latte exactly the way I requested. Free parking and a location right at the edge of the town center make it super convenient and easy to pop in. A solid go-to spot when you need that perfect pause in your day. read more

A wonderful addition to the Valencia Town Center Mall. This coffee and chocolate shop is located in the patios right behind Lucille's very easy to get to. The store is fully stocked with an array of espressos, coffee, chocolates, pastries, specialty popcorn, and more. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk their coffee is delicious. We also got a drip coffee, which was freshly brewed and pure goodness. We splurged and tried a dark chocolate peanut butter cup It was heavenly. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful and informed us that all the chocolates are made in house. They have plenty of prepackaged candies in 1 pound boxes all wrapped for Christmas. I may be back just to get a box of chocolates. You need to stop by for coffee and a treat soon!!! read more

I was actually on my way back to my car, when I spotted this fairly non-descript cafe. By that I mean I nearly missed it if I hadn't stopped to look at its store front. My espresso lever machine was not working and I was badly needing a caffeine fix. So in I went where I was happily greeted by the barista. I ordered the cappuccino. I had barely looked at my phone when she called my order ready! I was hesitant to take the first sip. I've been disappointed before. However, fears were unfounded! There was no burnt charcoal bitterness awaiting me in that first sip! Instead it was wonderfully creamy, caramel and chocolate and better than what I could achieve at home. In a word it was perfect! I had to let her know how good my cappuccino was. If you are in the neighborhood please please drop by and give them a chance. You won't be disappointed and you'll finally get to taste what a really good espresso should taste like. Temptaion is really one of the best cafes out there read more

Sticker shock. I am not opposed to paying for high-quality and scrumptious, delectable bites. However, I am offended at their prices. I ordered two tiny peanut butter chocolate candies (think the size of two Reesie's miniatures), and they were $6.59....$6.59! Straight robbery. The chocolate was tasty, but I will go to See's next time for half the price. Suggestion: The ambience and atmosphere would be greatly improved if you play music, have a flavored water dispenser as a courtesy (cucumber or fresh fruit for example). read more

We hosted a New York themed engagement party, and we wanted to offer a "slice of the big apple" with a variety of chocolate and caramel apples. The owner, Amir, was so incredibly thoughtful and helpful, and he went above and beyond to help our party offerings be the best they could be! He sliced the apples up, individually coating each one, making them easier for guests to enjoy and ensuring that every bite was absolutely perfect! The apples are DELICIOUS! Every flavor is just divine and the apples were a huge hit! We had Cheesecake, El Niño, Mud Pie, and English Toffee. I cannot recommend them enough, and we are so grateful for Amir's thoughtfulness and kindness in helping the celebration be as perfect as can be! read more

Quick service upon entry. Tons of treats, from apples covered in all types of chocolates and other confections. Toffee Nut Iced Oatmilk Macchiato is good. No decaf espresso for my wife's enjoyment. I won't hold it against them, as I'd rather them not carry decaf than carry bad, chemically washed decaf. Overall, a 3.4 out of 5. read more

Overpriced l, not all that good and not very friendly. A cute little place but not worth to come back.

This place is located in an outdoor mall right across from Macys. Therefore, they have plenty of free parking. We bought two candy apples, 3 coffee drinks, a few chocolate cherry truffles, and a few peanut butter cups. The Almond Roca freeze was really good. While waiting, the manager (or owner) was very hospitable. He gave us tips on what we might like and offered us some candied pecans to try. His customer service was a breath of fresh air you don't get very often. Thank you read more

The interior of the place was cute, but if you like chocolate with natural flavors, definitely do not come to this place. I was hoping to actually taste real raspberry, coconut, and lemon in each chocolate. And yet I was disappointed with each one. They all tasted artificial, and if anything tasted like the real thing, it was probably the Dubai chocolate, BUT that was my least favorite item, there's way more chocolate than pistachio. The service was amazing, personally. The woman was soo sweet and just a ray of sunshine. She recommended the sandwiches but they had ran out, but then we got the caramel frap or drink and it was AMAZING ‼ Kudos to her read more

My husband loves their white chocolate and has wanted to buy a bottle to make at home but they don't sell it in store due to low inventory to run their Café. On three separate occasions I have personally witnessed the owner of this place berating his employees and taking very harshly to them. Really glad that Temptations Coffee is here at the Valencia Town Center. Their coffees and treats are all fresh and the owner is top notch. I particularly like their different toppings on their caramel apples. The different chocolates are also terrific. I'm also frustrated to see the lower star ratings based on price. It's 2024, everyone is experiencing price increases at the moment. Currently in the coffee business, coffee bean prices are almost double what they were, the price of cups and napkins are double what they were and employee cost and insurance has skyrocketed! I'd much rather support this local store than give the same money to the national chains. read more

If you don't know about coffee and you drink Starbucks this may be your place, the oat milk is cheap and the coffee taste weird, when I asked the barista about the type of beans they were using they didn't know. And it was pretty expensive read more

Coffee sucked here and I really thought it was a coffee bean because they are still using their coffee bean blinds so yea maybe take those down or have a sign stating you guys aren't coffee bean. My daughter was eager to try this new coffee shop and I didn't have any preconceived notion's of what to expect. It's located in the former Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and you can tell they haven't had the opportunity, yet, to put their own personal touch on the space. The coffee exceeded my expectations! It's rich, smooth, and loaded with flavor. I got a plain hot latte and the foam was thick and creamy. It's pricey but so are the big chain coffee places that serve coffee that tastes bitter and burned. They have a wide selection of chocolate treats and I had the dark chocolate fudge ball which was decadent. We bought some salt water taffy to take home to the family and it is buttery and delicious, doesn't have that waxy taste that so many taffies do. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful! We'll definitely be back! So glad to have a coffee shop in the mall again! read more

Rather disappointing... we were excited to try this place. Coffee was good but expensive, atmosphere was a bit awkward and quiet... and customer service left much to be desired. Staff was not friendly, dismissive of questions and didn't know anything about allergens in products. My mom has a gluten allergy and no ingredient lists were available for anything. The treats did look delicious but we had no idea if she could have eaten any of them. Hoping this is just because they're a new business, and things will improve. read more

Definitely recommend training staff on better customer service. I came in asking for a Dubai chocolate bar, didn't think I'd get eyes rolled at me for a simple question. One rolled eyes and said it's a tik tok trend. While the male working rolled his eyes and said "ugh tik tok trend" . Also recommend down sizing staff during shifts because the 3 of them were inside having social gathering while one was out giving out samples. This was Sunday around 3ish. We were going to purchase something even if they didn't have it but because of there hostile attitude definitely did not want to stay in the shop any longer. Definitely don't recommend this place, it was my first time even hearing about it. read more
