He also helped me grab a few things behind the counter. I didn't catch his name, but he was beyond helpful with this transaction and even offered to wrap up the items for my dad for father's day. It is a smaller store, so it seems to feel more crowded when people are in here. Parking lot is big, it's in a shopping plaza. Helpful staff and your sweet tooth craving will be satisfied here!

My go to flavors are Mint Chocolate and the Ohh Dough. The Ohh Dough is a delicious mix of Oreo and cookie dough, and it's seriously so good. If you're trying to decide on a flavor, I highly recommend giving it a try! I do wish the prices were a little lower, but considering the portion sizes and quality, I still think it's worth it. It's the perfect treat to cool off on a hot day. The outdoor seating area is always clean, the service is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is great. We've had nothing but positive experiences here, and it's a spot we'll definitely keep coming back to.

There were napkins on the floor, and I couldn't find a single table that wasn't dirty or sticky. The fruit topping station was also dirty, with the toppings mixed together and looking poorly maintained. If this is what customers see in the front of the store, I don't even want to imagine what the back kitchen looks like. I'm not blaming the young employee working there although she was standing around on her phone instead of cleaning. Ultimately, the responsibility falls on the owner and management to maintain a clean environment and properly run the business. With this level of cleanliness and management, I honestly don't see this business lasting very long.

The two lovely ladies who were working during our visit were so sweet. They both not only greeted us, but also welcome to see the store and make sure that we knew that we were able to ask for samples if we would like one. They were very helpful in trying to help us to find a flavor or a few flavors that my kiddo might be interested in considering they have a few different dietary restrictions at the moment. The sore seems so large. The mural is very cute. I love the welcome chalkboard design. The hanging light fixtures are also a very nice touch. They make it seem like it's a little bit more fancy. The store has a number of tables and chairs. It was nice to see family gathered there to share ice cream with one another. They had gold medal ribbon on hand. That one is probably my absolute favorite. I shared some ice cream with my family as we are on our way out of town. They have so many super cute cakes and the designs on them are adorable. One of the ice cream flavors that was newer to me that both my husband and I tried was the Oreo cookies and cream, cold brew. That was tasty. But still, my heart remains loyal to my old faithful favorite, gold medal ribbon. Hopefully we'll stop in again next time.

Anyways, it's under new ownerships and I noticed the specials posted. The specials are the way to go, especially for families on Tuesdays and Fridays. Hopefully I got that right. I got the privilege of meeting the new owner one day and he gave me a free yogurt for my next visit. I was very impressed with speaking to him about this being his passion for making this yogurt place work out. I especially love the espresso yogurt which actually I'm getting a little addicted too! lol I'll be back! Thank you for caring about your customers and having good flavors too! It had frosting on it as well. I'm not a big frosting lover so I did try it but then took off the rest The cobbler - generous portion as well and the peaches were great - great flavor and texture. What threw me was it had a bottom and top crust so it's not the standard definition of a cobbler but still good The crust needs to be dang good for me to eat it and I did enjoy the top crust - it was crispy and flaky - we were fighting over it. The bottom crust was soggy and not enjoyable for me - other people in my house liked it. We had some left the next day and at that point the bottom crust was too soggy We enjoyed it though and would get it again. I have also seen them post about other items and I would give those a try Plenty of parking in the strip mall and prices were good given the portion size and quality

Well I then set out to find a place to get a little treat and I ended up finding a great big surprise, SWEET RED PEACH. I drove across town and pulled right up to the front. From the outside it actually looked like it was closed. But I thought there were some lights on so I got out and went up to the door. Open the door to a basically empty place. However there were a couple of things on the counter. A nice young man came out and I asked where the menu was to order and he said that the only things they had left to sell were the few things on the counter and he said they had some banana puddings in the fridge in the corner. I looked at the few options and decided to try the peach cobbler and I grabbed a banana pudding. Both of which are in my top five favorite desserts of all time. The size of both was good. The cobbler was actually a nice shareable portion size. The place was bright, clean and there were a few tables if someone were to want to sit in. The young man told me he was the son of the owner. What a nice guy. Also said that they get close to selling out their stock every day. I am glad that Crumbl was closed. I am glad I drove across town. I am glad they only had a few options. I am glad that I opened the doors to this place. The cobbler was SO good. The banana pudding was SO good. I've read a few of the reviews that said otherwise and I just can't imagine why. The banana pudding was old school and perfect. One of the best I've ever had. The cobbler was so tasty that I realized. If Peach is in the name and they have something peach on the menu. You gotta try it. What I gotta do is try some of the cakes next time. A real sweet treat at Sweet Red Peach.
