I joined for half the price I was paying for my membership prior. unfortunately, something happened between the insurance company and the gym and they did not receive my payment information and the gym continue to charge me $50 a month for June in July. I never received a phone call to discuss what happened and I texted a member of the gym who was trying to figure out what was happening and was told that I needed to call the insurance company and try to get my money refunded to me for June. This is not how it works. Needless to say this gym preaches Christian values and I don't see anything Christian like. I'm still waiting for a phone call from the owners of the gym to discuss what needs to happen next. And active and Fit insurance company was to reach out to the gym on my behalf.

She clearly loves what she does and cares deeply about every dog she works with. I enrolled our pup in a month-long board-and-train program while I was getting married, and Nancy made the experience completely stress-free. She stayed in constant communication, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that showed the progress and the specific behaviors being worked on -- plus advice for us as owners to reinforce at home.
