Nothing has compared to the peace of mind of dropping her off every day knowing that she was being thoughtfully developed in a safe and joyful environment by an academic staff that would embrace her individualism while instilling within her the skills to become a life-long learner. Honestly, our only regret was not enrolling our daughter sooner. While I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school, here are the most immediate that come to mind: 1. Ms. Margaret - If only we could clone Ms. Margaret and put her into every classroom across the country! She is truly an effective teacher that is passionate about sparking curiosity in her students and ensuring they are given the tools to maximize their potential. She effortlessly goes beyond "textbook" teaching to insert micro lessons about everyday life. The students are constantly learning in a fun and memorable way. Ms. Margaret also understands that every student is different, she is very tailored in her engagement. While we did not have the pleasure of working with teachers from the other buildings, I have to assume they are just as spectacular and aligned with the overall vision and philosophy of the school. 2. Relatedly, we were very appreciative of the thorough parent-teacher/director feedback loop at FMS. Parent-teacher conferences are in-depth and productive. We were given the details of our daughter's performance, saw samples of her work, side by side progress in her writing, and tangible examples of her day-to-day/contributions to various activities in the classroom. We were given the gift of learning about our daughter in a completely different setting and were able to understand areas we could reinforce at home. 3. Similarly, the school director - Ms. Yogi - is prompt, accessible and always acting in the best interests of the students. If we ever needed anything, she was very responsive, took action immediately and was incredibly thoughtful in following-up. During my initial tour of the school with Ms. Yogi, I noticed that she not only knew each student across all three buildings by name - but she truly understood each child and their personality/needs. She is an impressive leader and has cultivated a nurturing and emotionally secure environment for her students, while delivering excellence in academics. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Ms. Yogi, I knew this was the school for my daughter. Having meticulously researched and visited most preschools within the area - I can say FMS operates in a class of its own. There is no other school out there that provides a nurturing, yet academically enriching and diverse learning sanctuary. I am confident that any parent enrolling their child here will be just as pleased with their experience.

From the very beginning, Candyland Academy in Edison understood my concerns and made every effort to reassure me through their care, patience, and communication. That level of compassion meant a lot to me as a parent. The staff is kind, patient, supportive, and genuinely caring toward the children. If my daughter misses even one day, her teachers check in to make sure she is okay, which speaks volumes about how attentive and invested they are. The environment itself is wonderful -- the play area feels magical for children, and they offer so many engaging summer activities that keep the kids learning, growing, and excited to attend. One of the things that impressed me most was the developmental growth I saw in my oldest daughter. In one summer at Candyland Academy, she made more progress developmentally than she had during previous summers attending district summer school programs. They even helped potty train her. The way they teach and interact with the children feels like a combination of OT, ABA, social development, and hands-on learning all wrapped into one supportive environment. Academically, I'm also very impressed with what my 2-year-old is exposed to. They bring in guest speakers, such as dentists teaching the children how to properly brush their teeth, and they create meaningful learning experiences that focus on the whole child -- academically, socially, emotionally, and developmentally. Candyland Academy truly is a hidden gem. My children love it there, and as a parent, I am incredibly grateful for the care, love, and learning they have received.

There is two huge play yards that really allows children to be kids. The kids come home with worksheets that they also get in the public school(one is in kindergarten) so I don't know how you can say they are not learning anything when they are getting K LEVELED WORKD! The school is amazing! Definitely go check it out. Also cleanliness. Go into any school around the area and you tell me if you find anything as clean! I pick these kids up all the time and I'm so impressed how clean it is!

The Charlotte Mason approach is transformative: she is developing habits of attention and self-discipline, and contemplates the created world with a sense of wonder. We love that Wilberforce is as committed to shaping character as it is to shaping minds. The teachers know our child and care for her not only as a student, but as a person. They celebrate her strengths, gently guide her through struggles, and encourage her to see learning as a lifelong pursuit. It's the kind of education I wish I had. We've felt so welcomed into the community of families who share our values and genuinely care for one another. Always a great attitude and are very understanding to each child's/parents' needs. The teachers are skilled and keep us parents abreast of all happenings at the location and with our children. They have a very updated curriculum in order to keep the children on the right educational path. There are many fun activities for the children as well. They love it! I would most certainly recommend them over a larger daycare mostly because the larger the school, the more challenging it can be to work with each individual child. For me this is a HUGE plus.

Ok 2 full months at this school and I still love it just as much as I did on day 1! It is amazing…read morewhen your 2.5 yr old doesn't cry when you drop him off. In these 2 months he's never cried. More importantly he is recognizing numbers and all the colors. He's speaking in sentences. He's grown in leaps and bounds over these two months and I am sooo happy I placed him in this school. I had just put my daughter in this daycare a…read morecouple of months ago and she was delayed in her speech and this daycare has helped so much with that, she is finally starting to speak. I had her at a different daycare before and they were absolutely horrible and didn't take proper care of my daughter and since i brought her to the learning Experience there has been such a difference in her attitude, learning and other cognitive skills and im just so happy with how much they pay attention to all the kids needs. I absolutely love this daycare and so does my daughter !
