We recently purchased an older home, and after our well pump suddenly stopped working last night (surprise!), we were left without running water and needed help fast. Ronnie, one of their skilled plumbers, came to the rescue. He quickly identified the issue as a faulty pressure switch and had it replaced in no time. Ronnie was not only highly knowledgeable and efficient but also professional and friendly throughout the entire process, carefully explaining what he was doing and why. On calling Sembler and Sons and leaving a message, I received a quick return call. He was able to "move things around and get a technician out tomorrow!" The next day, as promised, Alex called and arrived 15 minutes later. We discussed my issues, and he quickly got to work. He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work!
