I went in because I was coughing and my nose was stuffy, wanted to make sure I didn't have something that needed antibiotics. I go in and one of the first things he asked is when was my last colonoscopy, then when was my last mammogram. He then tells me I have to come back and see his son to have a colonoscopy and writes me script to go across the street to a clinic they work with; I think it's my decision who I see and what procedures are done on my body. Then after telling him I'm hyper sensitive to antihistamines and on medication for cancer treatment, there was a back and forth for about a 1/2 hour where he kept telling me he was prescribing antihistamines for me and I kept telling him no I can't take them. Finally he says he's going to prescribe cough medicine. I go out to the girl at the desk and she says that I owed a $40 copay, I tell her what are you talking about, my insurance doesn't have a copay and I've reached out of pocket max on my insurance, she says there is still a $40 copay for the visit; I repeated I don't have a copay, what the heck are you talking about? She then realized she put the code in wrong. I go to the pharmacy to find out the medicine isn't covered on my insurance and has antihistamines in it! After another 45 minutes at the pharmacy they give me a replacement drug only to read on the paperwork Do Not Operate Machinery or A Car While On; Side Effects Dizziness, Drowsiness, and a Stuffy Nose among 25 other things. I call the office back and was told that they would give me paperwork to take a leave of absence from my job while on the medication, told them no way in hell!

The day my endoscopy was scheduled I didn't have my mother's schedule with me; therefore, I needed to change the endoscopy date if I wanted to be with my mother for her knee surgery. That night, I left a message. I called twice in the morning. On the 2nd. call the person answering me said, "Mom you have to give us time. The person who scheduled you will call you between patients. I called 2 more times in the afternoon asking to please return my call since the more I waited to move my endoscopy for another date, the less chance they could have an opening on the dates available. I ended up going again to the place. The young lady who scheduled me came to the door and said, "I promised we will call you today before 5." That never happened. The next day, I went to the place again (when they opened). I asked to speak with the HR manager. I waited 25 minutes for the lady that scheduled me 2 days before moved my endoscopy date, but not to the date I wanted and therefore I can't be with my mom the day of her surgery. The manager didn't bother to come to the window. She was there and she ignored me. This is the 2nd time the staff is careless with patients. I will still go there because the doctors are very good and they take their time; however, I would like to see some improvement in the way the staff works.

After speaking to his equally kind office manager, she said let me put the doctor on the phone. I was not a patient of his but he came right to the phone, took the time to listen to my issue, and then had his assistant book an appointment asap. I have since had other reasons to go back to him and his attentiveness, knowledge and kindness is consistent and exceptional--and highly unusual. Wish all doctors were like him.

I stopped by to get a blood check and an EKG, preparing for surgery coming up soon. The services were great for those 2 departments. While I was there visiting a doctor, there was a dining area, so I stopped by. I was hungry, so I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was surprisingly good. I can't find enough words to describe how nice Dr. Nadiminti is. His staff is also superb! The nurses made me feel at home even though I was worried and tense about my surgery. I'm just sad he cannot be my main dermatologist since he focuses on surgery and more complex matters. I'm surprised about the negative Yelp reviews but if you check this particular doctor's review on many medical websites you'll see it's over 4.5/5.
