I was very happy with Temecula Valley driving school everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful.. However, the reason I am writing this review is because of a small gesture that made a world of difference to my 16 year old (now licensed driver). While sitting in the lane for my daughter to take her 2nd behind the wheel driving test a gentleman came over to her window and asked her to roll it down. He introduced himself as the owner of Temecula valley driving school, and gave her the most AMAZING pep talk minutes before her test. He was under no obligation to talk to her and had no idea that we actually went through his school. My wife and I looked online for my daughter this year to help in the process of getting her license. We called 3 schools and none answered. Within 5 minutes got a call back from Temecula valley and the guy could not be nicer. Walked us thru all the steps she needed to do, the amount and when they could do it. She got her permit, called them to let them know (because the permit is not valid until their instructor signs it) they had Desiree out there the next day. She was a great instructor! The 1st thing I want to say is that I am an adult 38 years old and had to learn to drive after the sudden passing of my husband. I am a very anxious person and it was leery of getting behind the wheel especially aftespecially after a bad experience with Triple A. Everyone from the receptionist to the driving instructor Georgia who I specifically requested for all classes after my 1st were amazing. All things were explained to me clearly and if I had questions they were answered without irritation or grumpiness. I did 10 hours behind the wheel training and though I felt comfortable I paid for one additional class just to just to call myself and my own worries. Georgia was able to get me on the road comfortably and to help calm my fears while driving. Everything is explained to you in black-and-white when you sign the contract the cars are safe the instructors are safer. I 10 of 10 would recommend this business for any Parent of teens that are going to get their license or even for adults maybe your new in the area from out of the country this is the school you want to go to. Unlike the other school that I tried out I was able to schedule all of my classes in advance there was no 2nd guessing of when I would drive again my instructor showed up on time every Tim every time and taught me everything and I needed to know to pass my driving test the 1st go round. I cannot sing the praises of this driving school anymore than I already have but if you have any questions feel free To call up the school and ask away they are more than happy to answer any and every question you have and believe me I had plenty. read more

Call someone else. Their instructors are very hit or miss. They did a poor job with my child, they are not easy to schedule with, and my child has failed the road test twice and still does not have a license. Their response? More lessons for more money. I finished up my last lesson today. I had Desi Paredes for my first one, Curtis Presely for the second, and Desi again for the last one. These two instructors specifically are some amazing, wise people. They are fantastic instructors with a great amount of knowledge and wisdom. Their criticism is essential as much as their praise. They both instruct clearly and offer support to guide you to be the best driver you possibly can be. I highly value what they have taught me this far. They've taught me extremely valuable skills that will set me up for success in the real world and out on the road. Such amazing, down to earth people. There is SO MUCH to learn from them. 100/10 recommend--wish I could keep driving with them! Customer Service: They also have excellent customer service. I had left my permit elsewhere, so for the sake of emergency the lady on the phone (Rosa) kindly offered my 2 options. The first one being to cancel and pay a $60 fee OR pay $25 for a student permit. My 16 year old son had a great experience at Temecula Driving School. Kyle was a great driving instructor! He took my kid out and was very patient, friendly, and helped him feel comfortable behind the wheel. Kyle gave us great tips on when to schedule my son's driving test as well as what to expect on the actual DMV test. He was also very punctual when arriving at our home for a driving session. With having a set of twins of driving age, it was imperative for us to find a driving school that was not only cost effective, but reputable, with a high standard of safety. All appointments were booked over the phone with ease, courtesy, and professionalism. All cars are brand new, clean, and in very good working order. The driving school has always made every effort to accommodate requested dates, times, and coordinating with our requested driving instructor, Victor. Victor's driving instruction is second to none! He is always eager to teach, extremely punctual, incredibly patient, and exceedingly thorough. He takes the time to get to know each student driver, and tailors the instruction to each driver's level of comfort and driving aptitude. He puts our twins at ease and builds their confidence during each driving lesson. This is all evident in the fact that our first twin to take both her permit and driving tests passed with flying colors. She passed her permit test on the first try, and missed zero points on her behind the wheel driving test. The second twin passed his permit test the first time, and when he is scheduled for his behind the wheel exam, we have no doubt that he will pass just as successfully as his sister. Victor is extremely communicative with parents, and is always sure to provide a summary of each lesson as well as answering any questions that arise both in person, as well as an evaluation that is sent via email. Temecula Valley Driving school was by far the best decision I made for my daughter, for learning to drive like a pro. My husband found this driving school through Yelp reviews, and we knew with the help of Yelp that Andrea was the best driving instructor. She books up fast, so we had to wait an extra few weeks, but it was 100% worth the wait! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her!! Not only does she teach the rules of the road, she makes it super enjoyable to learn. My daughter was a little nervous to get on the road, but she warmed right up the minute she met Andrea.
