Passing My Test and Overcoming My Biggest Fear! I honestly don't have enough words to describe how incredible my experience was with Georgette Gonzalez at Temecula Valley Driving School. Driving was my biggest fear, and I was terrified of getting behind the wheel. From the very beginning, Georgette made me feel completely at ease. She never once made me feel embarrassed about my fears, instead, she lifted me up and encouraged me to push forward. What started as a student-instructor relationship quickly turned into a genuine friendship. I felt so comfortable with her that I was able to talk to her about personal things, and she was always there to listen and offer support. She made every single lesson feel like I was driving with a friend, all while teaching me everything I needed to know. She helped me get comfortable and confident on the road, and because of her incredible guidance, I passed my driving test on the very first try! This school has truly become a part of our family's story. My daughter also learned to drive here with a different instructor, and she also passed her driving test on her first try. Now, my 17-year-old son is taking lessons with Miss Georgette, and he's about to take his test in the next few weeks. My son had three two hour lessons. We both did not connect for the first instructor, but switching to another was very easy. Make sure you get Desire (Desi) Paredes. She is wonderful! I felt very comfortable and so did my son. She mentioned many helpful pointings during the lesson my son found easy to recall. She's very kind and her vibes are very appropriate for the profession she is in. I also appreciated her not expecting him to know a bunch of stuff before the lessons. Temecula Valley Driving School truly saved the day when we were left in a tough spot. After Bakkers closed abruptly and failed to show up for a confirmed appointment, our son was left two hours short of his required behind-the-wheel lessons--just days before his driving test. With only two days to spare, we scrambled to find a school that could accommodate us, and Temecula Valley Driving School stepped up. Although based in Temecula, they also serve the San Diego area (where we are). We weren't aware of the additional paperwork needed to transfer driving school records for the final behind-the-wheel certificate, but they guided us through the process and worked with the DMV to ensure everything was in place after the last two-hour lesson. John, our son's instructor, was incredibly patient and helped him build confidence for the test. The customer service was outstanding--from scheduling and conducting the lesson to making sure we had all necessary paperwork and even following up with a courtesy call to check on our son's results. He passed! :) This school genuinely cares about its students, prioritizing their comfort and confidence behind the wheel. They are a company that truly stands above so many businesses, not just other driving schools I've researched. Already being a nervous parent with a young new driver learning to be on the road, I continue to feel confident that my son is learning from Jim's knowledgeable staff and gaining confidence himself. Jim thoroughly explains how their program works from my initial call, to each email after. It is very evident he takes a great pride and care (for his staff AND us ,his clients) in his family's business and attentive towards everyone in the best way possible. In my experience, his office staff are just as courteous and attentive in return (even addressed my missed calls and not leaving a message, to follow-up and ensure that my reason for the call was addressed) and again, exceptional and professional. They offer additional driver's education material and resources on their website in addition to the hours behind-the-wheel to ensure my son will be prepared for his test. In a time where we customers can sometimes be overlooked once we've paid, that's not the case here. To my pleasant surprise, they are even more attentive and helpful than ever. Their assistance continues throughout their behind-the-wheel instruction. Jim and Temecula Driving School truly go above and beyond all of my expectations to ensure we will have a safe and confident new driver on the road. It is not good that since Covid they no longer offer in class classes as driving is so important and online classes do lack the experience necessary. Fucking horrible experience. Incorrect information didn't even make it to the fucking building. Rode my bike in circles around a dusty stinky industrial area that the wrong fucking address took me to on the website. I called the same morning and they did not inform me of the incorrect address being on google maps. Nor did they confirm the correct address during that first phone call. I called from that stupid fucking parking lot and they told me that's their old address and proceeds to vaguely mention it's on old town front street. After which I had to insist on getting the correct address written down! Like pulling teeth. Lady on the phone said she didn't know about the address being wrong and didn't offer or make any guarantees about having it changed. No accountability it just sounded like she wasn't going to do anything about it and didn't give a fuck if other people who paid several hundred dollars to get this shit done show up at the wrong place and go in fucking circles wasting my goddamn time looking for a building that isn't fucking there. Only to have them call back and say that I didn't need the form that I thought I did. So no I didn't even make it to the fucking building and I'm pissed already. We used TV Driving School for behind the wheel training, and had a great experience with Mike. He's very knowledgeable and spent the entire 2 hours educating my son. He came back and gave me a full report which I appreciated! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because almost all of the availability for appointments was during the school day. It was very challenging to find anything available after 3pm, and I can't pull my son out of school for every driving lesson. Pros: Instructor was nice and professional Cons: Having to wait 60 days between each lesson is ridiculous. Although their explanation is that they would like the driver to drive between lessons to practice skills, I've never heard of this before (and was NOT in terms and conditions before paying online and no refunds allowed). Secondly, the instructor arrived 30 mins early and although it worked out that particular day, it was unexpected. As great as the instructor was, I wish I could recommend their services but I cant with the whole 2 month waiting period between appointments. read more

I would highly recomend this school james the owner is on top of his game always getting back when i would text him with a question, making it easy to schedule classes. I was able to tell the difference on my sister's driving after the second class and i could tell she was more confident and comfortable driving, I would highly recommend Noel and Kyle for driving lesson instructors they are professional and punctual.
