If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Inland Valley Driving School is the absolute best. Words cannot begin to convey how incredible they are. I am a mom who messed up and forgot to schedule my 16 year old sons last lesson with Inland Valley Driving School prior to his "behind the wheel" driving test appointment yesterday at the DMV. When we arrived at the DMV, they asked where his gold sign off form from IVDS was. I told them he had completed his lessons (I really thought he had) and asked what I should do. The DMV told me to call IVDS or stop by to see if they could help and then return to the DMV. My son and I went to the Inland Valley Driving School. My son had never completed his last 2 hour driving lesson with them. IVDS moved heaven and earth to clear a spot for him yesterday, he finished his lesson, we got the form, returned to the DMV, and because it was after 4pm, the DMV (thank you Temecula DMV) scheduled him for 8am this morning. He now has his drivers license!! Inland Valley Driving School was fully booked for 2 weeks out, but they made this happen. They LOVE what they do and it shows to the finest detail. I left a "thank you" cash bonus for Regina in a sealed envelope at their office. Regina had been making calls to move the schedule around yesterday so my son could take his driving lesson while SHE WAS ON VACATION. She personally drove to my home today and returned it, refusing to take a couple hundred dollars for helping to make this happen. She told me that IVDS really loves what they do and their goal is to help everyone get their license. Also that IVDS does the right thing for the right reason. WOW. From Regina, to Tom, to Kalee, to Jennifer and the rest of them, you are in the very best of hands here. If I could give them 100 out of 5 stars I would. WOW. I chose Inland Valley after the great reviews I read about other first learner drivers. I haven't driven at all, have no driving experience and so this driving school really taught me well enough for just 6 hours! I definitely recommend (even if you're as old as I am (22) and have never driven before) they get you on busy streets and the freeway to lose the fear of driving and also get the hang of it! I have yet to take my drivers test but when I do, I will thank Inland Valley again for teaching me with patience, how to drive. read more

We have always heard great things about inland valley driving school, so we always planned to use them. They offer a bundle which is the best way to go, for the driving lessons and the online school. They have worked so hard, especially during Covid to catch all these kids up and help everyone prepare for the test!! We've been trying to reach the school for months in order to schedule my daughter's behind the wheel training, it was literally before summer started and we are never able to get anyone on the phone nor does anyone return our voicemails. We've had two kids use IVDS for behind the wheel lesson. We were happy with both experiences and both kids passed on their first try with great scores. Georgette was who they mostly worked with. Both kids enjoyed working with everyone they encountered at IVDS. Georgette was their favorite though. With the first kid, I used the $10 off Yelp discount. When I called for the second kid, they offered me the same price I paid for the first which was kind of them. The only complaint I have is on the second kids very last behind the wheel lesson. We were scheduled with Georgette & someone else showed up. One thing we appreciate about Georgette is she is always early. The last lesson the person was late picking up my son & very late getting him home. I suppose he got a good long lesson in however I was unhappy that I wasn't notified of a change in person or timing. He was picked up at school so I had no idea til my son got home. When he didn't return home on time, I did track him & when he traded with the new driving student he texted that they were running late. Our son liked the person so that was good. As it was the last lesson, he said he felt prepared for the behind the wheel test so that was also good. I would've appreciated IVDS notifying me of a change in instructor. read more

I have called a couple times to make appointments and the customer service has been outstanding and so friendly - I would say one of the best customer service personnel I have dealt with. A representative of the business has reached out to me to correct some of the statements I made here. First, the first instructor who came out to work with my son is still with the company. He has been given additional training so that his lessons are more effective. Second, it's not unusual for them to send out different instructors for each lesson. I can see the benefit of having different instructors but I also think that it could be beneficial for a student to have one instructor for all three sessions. I could have asked to have the same person who did the second lesson come out for the third and they would have made their best effort to accommodate my request. My daughter had her 3 lessons with 2 different instructors Georgette and Regina, my daughter loved both and was comfortable each lesson. I decided to have them take her to the DMV for her driving test which gave her an additional hour of instruction , this time with Tom. She was put at ease quickly with him. I passed my behind the wheel test on the first try and scored 97/100. Personally, I am very satisfied with inland Valley Driving school. I had lessons with 3 different instructors, they were all super nice and willing to teach you how to be a safe driver. 100% recommend this place!! The prices are decent and definitely not overpriced compares to some other places in town. Each lesson is generally 2 hours long and take a short break in between at the office. There are always coffee, beverages, and cookies there for students, which I thought it was very neat and thoughtful. My youngest just completed her course with Inland Valley Driving School, I will admit this is the best school I have witnessed. They are very professional and truly passionate about the teaching and the driving skills of their students. The staff is very flexible as I had to change dates on numerous occasions at the last minute and had no problems in doing so. so my daughter just turned 17 and needed to take her driving test... we asked around and talk to all of our friends and almost unanimously everybody recommended Inland Valley Driving School.. we had seen there ads before so we gave them a call and set up an appointment for my daughter... they sent out a driver who kept my daughter happy and relaxed the entire time... we were worried that she would be nervous but she came back all smiles... we cannot recommend Inland Valley Driving School enough they are absolutely awesome professional and will make your son or daughter seal confident in their driving... by the way my daughter passed her driver's exam on the first try and has now gotten her license!! read more

Five stars :) Georgette, the driving instructor, is AWESOME!!!!!! She's patient, makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get behind the wheel, shows you that she has a brake as well on her side & she will ALWAYS keep you safe. I highly recommend Georgette because she breaks every single detail down for you in a way that any age driver can understand. She conversates with and is VERY FUNNY I might add lol She tells you what to look out for and what the DMV will expect from you :) With her we practiced making right & left turns, u-turns, 3 point turns, stopping behind the limit line, protected & unprotected intersections, parallel parking, driving on the freeway, reversing in a straight line, lane changes, looking over your shoulder before merging, parking the car in a parking lot & uphill/downhill, even showed me how to put gas in the car!! We used then when my teen was getting licensed, I paid for the 3 BTW classes and an extra classes. I was a little disappointed in her first course out they had taken her on the freeway for 2 hours when she had little to no practice on the streets. Her last 2 sessions she was with Georgette and we loved her. She is great, she offered tips after each lesson on what needed to be worked on, Thanks to Georgette's guidance my teen passed her driving test and is now a licensed driver. read more

They are very helpful in preparing you for the test, they show you what the test would be on and show you more for real life situations. I called this school after being left in the dust by Zoom Zoom driving school. I was told that I would be getting a discounted rate ($249) for 6 hours of behind the wheel lessons and they couldn't honor the lessons I had purchased for my daughter from Zoom Zoom. This rate was not discounted, it was their normal price and acted as if they were my only option and would have to deal with it. Everytime I tried to ask a question, Kristen talked over me and I couldn't get a word in. I understand they are busy but I was very disappointed and felt as if I was getting taken advantage of after just being screwed over. read more
