There nice people but they fucked me over with the price I brought in my car for a smog had a coupon saying $24.99 for a smog so I went thinking maybe like $28 after taxes maybe $30 nope these assholes said fuck me and my coupon and charged me $40 I wasn't gonna sit there and argue with them so I paid it so if you ever get a coupon saying $24.99 or $25.99 for this place don't use it cause they will still charge you more and say they used the coupon but yet they charged me more it's like they acted like they used the coupons and lie about it so you pay full price I'll never come back here again and I'll let everyone know to never come here either to bad cause they seemed friendly but they don't care when it comes to customers and there coupons I guess read more

Very helpful staff and quick service. Price is on par or cheaper than other smog facilities. A practical inspection. I've had other inspections done where they find a minor issue then flag your car to try to get you to have them fix it at their facility, this is not the case here. I will not go elsewhere for my smog cert needs. read more

This is the only smog shop I trust after 20 years living here. Everyone on deck is really kind and understanding, will work with whatever you got going on at a low price too. The other place wanted to charge me $25 more, and I waited about 10 minutes just to be checked in. you should be walking underneath a "D" above the door, it means you are in the right place. I went to Temecula Smog for a routine smog check last Thursday (February 2025), expecting a straightforward visit. However, my experience was anything but normal. During check-in, the cashier--an older Hispanic man, about 5'2" with slicked-back gray hair--asked for my ID. After scanning it, he looked at his screen and asked, "What was your name again?" I replied, "Micah." What happened next left me stunned. Under his breath, while still looking at his screen, he muttered a racial slur. I immediately asked, "I'm sorry, what did you say?" He quickly responded, "Oh, nothing, I was just looking for your name," then abruptly walked out the back door. This kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable, and it's alarming to see it happening in Temecula in 2025--especially from someone who should know better. If you're going to say something offensive, at least have the integrity to stand by it instead of running away like a coward. This review is for anyone with morals and self-respect--don't support businesses that allow this type of behavior. read more

Wow! I am blown away by how amazing the staff is at Temecula Smog. I am handicapped and was having a high-pain day which left me damn near immobile. The staff went way out of their way to help me get my car smogged while ensuring I was comfortable in my car, didn't have to come inside unnecessarily, that the process was fast, and affordable. I usually dread errands like this but the experience was beyond what I could have wished for. I tried to tip the staff so they could buy lunch on me and they refused stating they were just doing their job. This literally made me tear up to know there are good hearted people in this cold and cruel world. There's no doubt in my mind that they treat each and every customer with the upmost respect ensuring they have just as an amazing experience as I did. We then had the utmost pleasure of dealing with owner Mr. Payman Sedighian was THEE kindness gentlemen we've encountered in a long, LONG TIME. It's been awhile since I've experienced such customer service! He was attentive, kind, reassuring and very much the consummate business professional. We weren't there long, but I'm telling you, WE WILL NEVER GO, nor will any family member or friend, go ANYWHERE ELSE TO HAVE EVERY CAR WE OWN THERE.
