Absolutely outstanding service. I called ahead and was told, "Just come in, you'll be in and out in 10 minutes." Honestly, I expected the usual wait, but they did exactly what they promised. I showed up, they got my truck in right away, completed the smog inspection quickly, and had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. No upselling, no wasting time, no surprises--just professional, honest, and efficient service. It's rare these days to find a business that sets expectations and then exceeds them. Super fair, very reasonable, and honestly better than I expected for how quick and smooth the whole experience was. read more

Recently moved to the area and needed a reliable smog spot for our cars. Called ahead and the staff was friendly and accommodating -- even open on Labor Day! Conveniently located next to the Toyota dealership where my wife services her truck, so it was a no-brainer to make this our go-to for annual registration needs. Quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Will definitely be back with our other vehicles. read more

Friendly and fast customer service! :) The gentleman that helped me out was so welcoming and inviting! My entire smog check process took about 10-20 minutes and they also accepted my coupon. I didn't have to make an appointment beforehand which made it very easy. I was quite fascinated that they didn't need to bring my car into the garage. The smog check itself was done right in front of the shop so I was able to watch how they do it. They offer a small waiting room and their parking lot was quite empty on a Friday around 2pm. The place itself was kind of hard to find, but you just have to keep driving and find suite D. Highly recommend if you're busy and in a rush! :) read more

Came around 2:30, was very busy. All the seats inside were full. So I drove around, tried to get an oil change from another place but apparently can't use groupons more than once(didn't say on their website but whatever). Anyways, came back around 4 and no customers were inside. Owner and staff were very friendly and took my car in and finished in 10 mins. I'm glad they told me that they only can take groupons once! But $35 for a smog is so worth it. If you need one urgently, come here! So speedy and fast! Thank you! read more

When I walked in to have my truck smogged, I was dismayed to see that it was packed with people waiting. Imagine my surprise when someone immediately took my paperwork and keys, stating with a smile that I'd be done very soon. I decided to wait outside in the sunshine. 20 minutes later, I walked in to pay and discovered an empty office. These folks had completed everyone's smog tests including mine. And they kept their word about the discount pricing as well! I would recommend Temecula Smog. read more
