After driving thru, my car still had some gunk on the back end. the manager came out and talked to me and actually sent me thru again with an upgraded wash, which i really appreciated. as we all know, this area has a plethora of car washes to choose from, and while i dont get my car washed enough to purchase unlimited monthly washes, if i did, this would definitely be my car wash of choice.

Happened to me, but the reaction from management was off-the-charts helpful and accountable. Like most things these days, I expected a "too bad, too sad" reaction, but not here. The manager immediately apologized, sent me just a few blocks away to an outstanding body shop, and upgraded my membership for free. The scratches were fixed with no bickering or issues. They do a great job there. The truck always comes out great, but that excellent service is world-class. I am a customer of Eco Express for life!

I made a statement to please make sure my windows are left clean without water spots, Rick assured me that they will do a clean detail on my windows. I saw him tell some of the guys, make sure to leave the windows on that SUV clean. For the third time, my windows were left with water spots. And the top of my car was completely wet apparently they forgot to dry the top of my SUV. I immediately called they never pick up, after calling three times, eventually I got a call back from Rick. I was very upset and informed him it hasn't been three weeks into my monthly plan and each and every time my windows are left with water spots in my car not vacuumed or cleaned in the back, Rick apologized offered for me to go back to clean my car, but it's always an hour of my time going through their car wash service. FYI the Express Wash is $15 off on Wednesdays. I had a lot of pollen droppings on my car from parking outdoors and under palm trees. If you are looking for a full hand wash, just go to a mobile detailer. Why only 4.5 stars ? 1 car came out clean as expected. No streaks or scratches. To make things worse, there was dried bird droppings on the right side of the car that they didn't remove. When I asked about it, the worker got the manager, and the manager told me it wasn't included in a "basic wash." I explained I did NOT pay for a basic wash--I paid $60. That response made no sense. I ended up leaving because it felt pointless to argue. Later, I removed the bird droppings myself, and it came off easily--so clearly it could have been done. This place cuts corners and doesn't deliver what you pay for. If you expect quality service, I would not recommend coming here.
