I asked for chrome nails, and they told me it would be extra -- which was completely fine with me. The problem was they clearly didn't know how to do chrome nails, and I actually had to explain the process to them myself. By the end, my nails looked like my son did them. I was so disappointed and just wanted to leave, so I said "it's fine" instead of arguing or asking for a discount. Then when I went to pay, they tried to overcharge me by $40. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, and sure enough, I was being charged incorrectly. That was the final straw. On top of that, the salon felt dirty and communication was extremely difficult the entire time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money or time.

She said that we need to keep our services an hour, which I waited 20 minutes for him and I didn't leave til almost 4:50, she said that it causes him to be behind on his clients but i was waiting here for 20 minutes???? Everything is expensive now a days and I choose to get a service done when I can do it myself. The lady was rude and if it's really an issue she should have had a sign there stating that, I have been a client there for 5 years and NOBODY has ever said that to me, or he could have put me in the chair at 3 when my pedicure was scheduled. Today I tried to schedule my appointment and the lady texted me saying to keep my appointment only 1 hour and then texted me again stating that Phillip was not comfortable doing my pedicure anymore and if I wanted to go with someone or they could cancel. It's gorgeous inside with an all new vibe- new decor, new massage chairs, new mani stations. Their menu has also been updated to offer some new services including new pedicure options. I went with the "7. Herbal Foot Detox + Hot Stone + Candle Massage" because it's my birthday week and I'm treating myself. It really was lovely. The heated neck wrap was an amazing touch. I have never had a candle wax or stone massage before and that was quite a treat. If you are a sensory sensitive baddie- maybe skip that part (there are other pedi services that don't include that.) Just to fully paint the picture there was gentle piano music playing and the most visible TV had some beautiful beach imagery. It was definitely the peaceful hour I needed to relax and recharge. And at the end it was a little girls birthday and they employees sang happy birthday and made a to-do about it. It was so sweet!!! They are so beautifully shaped--narrow, long, delicate, and elegant--and they look like the most gorgeous version of real nails. I especially love how feminine they make my hands look. There is something so refined and pretty about them without looking heavy or artificial but are very strong. Kim did such a beautiful job. My nails look elegant, natural, and absolutely gorgeous.
