Not the case. They tried to sell me a 1. Used This phone came unsealed the box had already been opened and was missing the key to open the SIM card slot and consistently reverted to Spanish. 2. Defective as stated kept reverting to Spanish and after 12 hours was still trying to transfer Data from my old iPhone. Their rep, taking no responsibility, said it was due to my old iPhone. This process took 47min with the new phone I purchased at the Apple store. 3. Discontinued model. I was informed by Apple, the manufacturers they had discontinued making the model for well over a year. Their Wireless rep said that information not correct. Thanks but I'll take Apples word on this not yours. I expect higher quality reputable vendors if they are associated with Costco. Unfortunately Costco doesn't seem be concerned about their reputation by association. If you want a new iPhone go directly through Apple and contact your carrier of choice on your own.

So I record my phone glitching and take it back and now buddy can see that my phone is acting strangely AFTER I took my phone in for repairs, as it wasn't doing it before, NOW, buddy is saying that the wireless charging component in my phone is not working; not related to the screen repair. So basically he fixed my screen, but caused wireless charging issues in my phone and didn't fix the issue. Don't take your cell phone in to this retailer, unless you're prepared to "discover" new issues with your cell phone.

She was not of any assistance - we walked out. Will not return to this location and hope we have better luck at the next Rogers location we drop into. To improve Rogers needs to hire better staff.

Or you can buy from them directly. WIND's prices & included services are unbeatable. Even better, I used unlimited add-on roaming services in US, which costs me about 1/10 of what Rogers would charge. Had no problem with rumored coverage issue so far. Should have switched much earlier. Simply awesome! Update after a year: With more usage, I find out a few coverage issue spots, such as in NW Costco. Phone struggles in getting signal from Wind and/or Telus, the result is it can't call or text there. Can live with that. Just wait till out in the parking lot. But another tricky part made me lower my rating from 5 to 4: Wind charges more when using its own data if you don't have data plan, than using other carriers data when roaming. That doesn't make sense.

During that call, I clearly told them that I did NOT want to renew and asked them to cancel my service by the end of February. However, when I called them today, they told me that my contract had already been renewed without my permission. They claimed that I agreed to renew it, which is completely false. They also said they record everything, which should prove that I specifically said I did not want to renew. What makes this even worse is that they are now saying I have to pay a cancellation fee to cancel a contract that I never agreed to renew in the first place. This is extremely unfair and unacceptable. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. Renewing a contract without clear consent and then charging a fee to cancel it is unprofessional and dishonest. I expected better treatment and respect as a customer. I would not recommend Rogers or Shaw based on this experience.
