the most horrific experience. went in on the last day of a promotion to get an upgrade. first off…read morethey didnt even know what the promotion was about, then took the girl almost 2hrs to setup my account as she kept screwing up. there was 4 people in line waiting one other girl on her phone texting other girl hiding in the back. when i get my phone its got the wrong name on it. was setup for my middle name now i have to spend time on the phone waiting for telus pathetic customer service to resolve this. do everything in your power to avoid these lazy "customer service: reps. if it wasnt the last day of this promo i would have definitely gone elsewhere to a place where they knew what they were doing. ps: one more thing they lie about everything. i was conned into their $69 fee which was supposed to give me better pricing on stuff i bought in store. charged my $80 for an otterbox symmetry for my new phone they told me it was $10 off retail. when i got home and looked it up its only $50 all over amazon. scammers and rip off artists

Absolutely horrific customer service. When I walked in, they were arguing with a customer who was…read moreasking to be called if a necessary part came in for his iPhone repair; they refused to let him know when his device was ready to be repaired. They took my machine and gave me only the last of 3 pages of terms and asked me to consent to terms I had not read and was never provided by email, in spite of agreeing to give them my email address for them to send it to me. Although there was a broken arrow key that was sticking up and clearly scratching the screen, they reported to Apple that my screen had died because I put a sticky note over the camera and this "caused stress on the screen," (a flat piece of paper) invalidating my warranty -- apparently the piece of plastic sticking up into the screen (the broken arrow key), a computer malfunction, had nothing to do with it. I disputed the plausibility of this explanation and told them I thought it was ludicrous, but agreed to pay the difference, and they began sending me email after email about how I had "refused to have my machine repaired." I bothered to explain that there is a difference between questioning their assessment and declining a repair, and they sent me further emails stating I had declined the repair. I asked them to stop emailing me and simply fix it. When I went in to pick it up, they had replaced the top cover as well, including my prized sticker collection, without my knowledge or consent. I noted (in reasonable tones) that failing to inform me the cover would be replaced along with the screen, causing all of my stickers to be lost (and memories along with them), was an action they took without my consent and they could have at least had the decency to inform me -- I would have asked them to take a photo. They literally physically intimidated me towards the door and locked it behind me; the guy was twice my size and kept speaking in a robotic threatening tone. Worst ever -- do not sanction their poor service by giving them your warranty money.

He has always delivered the repair on time and at a fair price. In one instance I had a motherboard failure and Paul suggested he move the hard drive to a used tower he had refurbished. They did not clean behind couches or beds. They didn't clean the walls or window wells either. I had to go back and spend an entire day cleaning.

He said he wouldn't guarantee anything but it would cost me $225. He was rude and had no customer skills whatsoever. I would definitely not have him in my house and do not recommend him. There are plenty more professional companies in the area and one arrived latter to do a wonderful job! No marks after 30 minutes. It pays to call around. I would give zero stars for Bob if I could.
