They were respectful of my property and were careful of my pets. The demolition team was equally professional. They were careful to mask off the area if they were creating dust, etc. My problem is with the reconstruction. I had decided to go with ServPro because they had done such a good job. The Estimator came out, and did his thing, and then I heard nothing back for two weeks. I checked with the insurance and they hadn't heard any.thing either. I called the Estimator and he said he would follow up. A week later the insurance adjuster finally got his quote. Once it was approved by the insurance company, I called ServPro again and setup a time to walk through with the contractor. No one showed. I called ServPro and left a message. No reply. I called the national number and they connected me to the local office who said that they would have someone contact me ASAP. A week later I called the Estimator again, leaving a frustrated voicemail, when someone else picked up and said they were the new Estimator and the old one no longer worked there. They promised to get back to me ASAP. No one ever followed up. Naturally I decided not to continue trying to get answers from them, so now I'm going with https://sunsetdreamhomes.com/.

They actually got most of the restoration done and then one of the employees put the broken pipe back on instead of the new one and flooded the condo again. They don't bring in licensed plumbers/carpenters, they just hire someone they believe can get it done that is the cheapest option. That has caused us many leaks and problems with doors/cabinets. Use anyone else besides this company!

Part of the package from our builder was a 2Gig home security and control unit, several modules for controlling lights, a compatible thermostat and one year of monitoring from Sight Sound and Security. Unfortunately after the first year was up Carl the owner of Sight Sound & Security refused to give us access to the unit anymore and will not return calls or emails. Saddletree attempted to have him contact us but pretty much told us to give up. So Saddletree gives you the basic unit and some control modules but unless you continue to pay Sight Sound and Security it's useless as Carl locks out the system with an installer code and won't change it. The last email I sent Carl was nearly a year ago and I promised him if he did not give us access to the unit which we own I would write an honest review of his business so that others could avoid him. He again did not respond. Buyer Beware.

The 2nd one worked but there was a flashing light on the bottom of it that alerted the staff that it was a spy cam and by the time palm vid sent me some stickers to cover the light, it was too late. It had been discovered. They, the workers at the facility, started unplugging the device and turning it away from the area that I wanted to record. I told representative at palm video that it was known but they didn't do anything to help me such as send me a replacement to be used in another area in the room . I wasted $163.00. Luckily they've closed up shop here but wanted to make sure this was known in case they re-open, and also for customers to know that One Source Home Service isn't really taking care of the commitments for this company that they purchased, which is really a shame.
