My family and i have been using Alex at On Point Mobile Detailing for a little over a year now…read more I've personally tried out a few different detail companies that will also come to your location, but every time i had someone come out they were either pricey or didn't have quality work. I saw the On Point Mobile Carwash van on day when i had been heading into Houston and decided to give them a call and book an appointment. When i called the owner, Alex, picked up and was very polite and texted me the list of services they offer and their availability!! I ended up booking a 10 am the next day for both the cars in our household. I was so impressed with that first time I had used these guys. Not only did they pay close attention to detail and really go all out and did a better job than other detailing companies had done in the past, but they only took a couple hours and were about half of the cost of other companies we've used. Like i said that was about a year ago and we have been having them come out on a quarterly basis since. Thanks for the great work guys

In a little over an hour they gave me the best detail I've had. Complete armor all interior, tires and cleaned seats and floors. Outside shined like new. Here is your 108-word review:…read more My wife found Jay's Advanced Detailing on Yelp and booked them to clean my truck. It hasn't been detailed since we bought it in 2021, and after a long road trip through New Mexico and Arizona a couple summers ago (the last time I washed it), it definitely needed attention. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks. He gave me helpful tips on keeping it looking good and what products to use. The results were impressive--almost showroom quality for a four-year-old truck. The interior looked great too. It wasn't cheap, but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend them.

After a month, I decided to give him another shot since his shop was recommended by a friend. The second time I went out there to get my windshield tinted on 12/7/25 there was debris under the film. I reached out to Dan and sent him a picture of it and he said he may need to replace it. Fast forward to today 12/17/25: I have an appointment on 12/20/25 @ 9am and I had to reach out to Dan because I had decided to not get my daughters windows tinted and just asked him if he could fix my windshield instead. He said " We have plans this weekend with kiddos" and when I asked him about Sunday he said " We havent reached out but will need to cancel as our weekends with the kids have changed" Ok... Wait... So when were you going to let me know that you were canceling? Then texts me saying "My kids will always come first. Please feel free to set up an appt to fix the issue :) have a wonderful day!!" I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT and no one asked you to "choose" between kids and work. YOU are the one who set the appointment up! Seriously?! Horrible business practices and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I will somewhere else to get it done. And while his prices may be good, you get what you pay for in product and customer service.
