It hasn't been detailed since we bought it in 2021, and after a long road trip through New Mexico and Arizona a couple summers ago (the last time I washed it), it definitely needed attention. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks. He gave me helpful tips on keeping it looking good and what products to use. The results were impressive--almost showroom quality for a four-year-old truck. The interior looked great too. I didn't believe them and told them to put it back together and I would get a second opinion. Took it to a body shop in Montgomery. They too couldn't find the leak, but said it was not the A/C pan. Charged me 225 and did not fix. I was then recommended to call SS. Told them the problem. He told me that they would not charge me 1 cent if he couldn't find the issue. I left the car with him and Before I got home, he called me and sent a video of the leak. He found it. He repaired it and dried out the carpet and fixed everything for like $1200. Over $2000 less that the dealer wanted and it turned out not to be the issue the dealer said it was. They are honest, quality service, and great value. Highly recommended
