I am not sure if he is familiar with the mistakes happening within his office.. beware that they will charge you additional $$$ without informing you before hand and then charge you almost $1,000 AFTER the appointment takes place. If you aren't able to afford it, they send it to collections and refuse to see you until it's paid. I will be seeking a different specialist.

Sonia worked with us for the last 5 months while we waited from her to be eligible for new ones. Today she received her new hearing aids & we couldn't be happier with the entire experience & look forward to include Sonia in this new chapter of hearing. Sonia is very patient focused and wants all patients to have the best hearing possible. Looking forward to continuing this relationship with her.

And as quickly as he came in shuttled me off to the nurse to order a few tests. I was out of his office and in my car in ten minutes. He literally told me that some of my ear problems are totally fine and I can continue to "deal with it" by putting ear plugs in my ears, but no expectations for anything! It has been two and a half months since my insurance carrier "Blue Cross Blue Shield" caught an overcharge from this company of $2,300. After Blue Cross Blue Shield contacted this company and told them that the original hearing aids they charged me for we're not the hearing aids that I received and I was only to be charged $450, The company said we will issue a refund immediately. The company was well aware of this because they fit and explain how to use the hearing aids before they allow you to leave . The company then called me and said I will have a refund check in one week. Needless to say, after calling every single week multiple people asking where my check is they are still giving me the runaround. The next step is getting a lawyer. They make you sign a contract when you first order hearing aids and they say it is a purchase order but it is not! It is an agreement that you will pay the inflated price for hearing aids through their company. I received better and honest treatment at Sam's Club without the inflated prices. Please don't waste your money and be taken advantage of by using this company!

If I waited more that 24hours I would only be allowed to buy the Miracle Ear hearing aides that were 3x the price! The Miracle Ear representative even called his wife who works for Miracle Ear also. The front desk person insisted I needed my ID to check in. When asked why she needs my ID her answer was "because I need to update your file information." My wife asked her if she could update that next time. At first she said she can't and needs me to bring my ID or I can't check in. Then when confronted in a more stern manner she proceeded to give us a "warning" to bring it next time or else. We have been waiting for them to schedule us for a second allergy testing due to our drops not helping us. It has been more than 3 weeks since we have been calling them and asking them to call us back for scheduling.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!!
