Everyone working there is very professional and friendly. Cancellations and rescheduling have never been a problem. They are sympathetic to working professionals that have changing schedules. There is very limited parking in the rear of the facility. I believe only 3 or spots. Street parking is not that great either so you may end up having to park pretty far. My only significant gripe is that the Orthodontist is only available on Mondays. If you're looking for a dental office in the Hillside/Elizabeth area with great client service, it doesn't get much better than this.

She started to put this huge gadget in my mout that was hurting my gums as she forced me to hold it in my mouth. I told her to stop and would not let her continue. Dr. then came in the room, put the xrays up on the screen and started naming teeth and saying alot of information very fast. Then he turned to me and said you have alot of cavities and you need gum surgery and 2 root canals. I then got up and would not let him touch anything. Haddad use some kind of pliers device which he has grabbed my tooth and rocked it violently in every possible direction to remove the temporary crown. While doing it he has uprooted the tooth itself that now is causing a nonstop pain. There are other easy and safe methods to remove a temp. crown. I had to go to another dentist trying to save my #5 and #6 teeth. He has charged me $6200 for job !! My other dentist said that it is max $4200 job ! Plus I think that #5 and #6 tooth didn't need any roor canal or crown to start with since I have done it only about a year ago. The 2 root canals were done already and 2 crowns were done as well.
