He is smarter than the insignia software. Dr. Sandman was a straight shooter and my braces were off in the exact time he promised me. I couldn't be happier with my treatment. His staff is also great. They were prompt at returning calls and were not at all similar to dealing with a giant healthcare bureaucracy.
