Ann greeted us so warmly, and as we explored the showroom, the beauty of everything truly took our breath away. Ann has been nothing short of incredible. She stayed in touch, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made us feel genuinely cared for during a very difficult time. After the flood, when we lost everything, starting over felt overwhelming - but with her help, piece by piece, our home is coming back to life. She helped us rebuild a sense of home. I am deeply grateful for the kindness, patience, and support we received here. It has meant more than words can express. Ann has already helped us furnish three rooms, and we're currently working on a fourth. She constantly sends us new furniture ideas and suggestions, which we greatly appreciate. Furnishing an entire home can be overwhelming, but Ann - along with the entire staff at Marc Pridmore - has made the process so much easier. I am truly thankful for all they've done.

    Review Update: Ten Years Later…read more Upon hearing that the business is due for relocation, I paced myself into the showroom with one last glimmer of hope to recover the aforementioned blueprints. The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion. Please allow me to express my gratitude; I would strongly recommend Marc Pridmore Designs to any future prospect for furnishing opportunities.

    Precision did a great job moving my refrigerator/freezer back into position after a remodel. Super…read moreprofessional, careful and extremely neat. I had an issue with my icemaker, that turned out to have nothing to do with the move, but Tony came back TWICE to try to figure it out. Ultimately it was an issue with the icemaker itself. This was way above and beyond - the highest level of service and great communication the all the way through. I could not recommend them more highly.

    We had a horrible experience when they installed our washer and dryer yesterday…read more I called and they were very responsive and gave me a quote over the phone for a pick up, install, and hall away for a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I was very clear that there were stairs and my old appliances would have to be disconnected. When they arrived they said the office miss quoted me and did not include the hall away so I said that was fine. They did not use much to protect my floors except of one small plastic mat so yes my floors were scratched. I'm not super upset about that. They broke the valves for the washer. They said it was because they shut the water off for the building at first - but that is the only way to do it - my Hoa always shuts the water off. Then they said the valves must have always been broken but I just did a load of laundry that morning and I had not had any issues in 9 years. It was already 4 pm so I had to pay extra for after hours plumbing service. The plumbers noticed that the dryer vent was damaged when they did the repair. I called the vendor back to see if he can fix it and he refused to do so without an extra cost. He actually asked me to go buy the vent at Home Depot. I asked him why and he said that vent was damaged because there was not enough room but my plumbers showed me that it could have just been tucked in and that it looked like someone just pushed in the washer/dryer without any care. Then he said the plumbers damaged the vent when they pulled out the dryer but the plumbers showed it to me right away. I want to point out that I was in property management for 12 years so I know these plumbers well and they come highly recommended by most property managers. On top I realized that the installer told me that the dishwasher wouldn't fix so they didn't install it and still charged me for the install. All the appliances were from a family member who said it was very weird that he said the dishwasher didn't fix because it was just a standard size. So I was over charged and all the damage they caused cost me an additional $800.00 for the plumber and having someone else repair the dryer vent.

    This rating is based on the Owners business skills! Or lack thereof!…read more I am truly disappointed with Clayton (the owner's) character! I thought he was a stand up guy! I had ordered a bed frame, dinning set, Tv stand, fireplace insert and living room chair. This was my second time doing business with him. When I ordered the bed frame I had asked for a grey fabric panel. The Bed frame arrived and it was a metallic leatherette. He made a mistake so I didn't buy it. Then I ordered the rest of my furniture waited two months. He was supposed to deliver to San diego. The furniture arrives and the Tv stand is the wrong one. When I contact him he says no problem just send it back but I cant order you the one you wanted. His lack of attention to detail really puzzles me! That TV stand sat in his showroom for a month! How difficult would it have been to double check the model numbers?! He didn't care that we waited this long for our furniture and this was the second time he had made a mistake! Worst was the lack of effort he put into correcting his mistake! After I politely expressed my dissatisfaction in this matter and requested for him to wave off $250 of delivery fee, he said he would wave off only $50. He went on about how he hates doing deliveries and how he doesn't like to make orders off text messages. WTF does that have anything to do with the fact that He ordered the wrong thing! And didn't verify it when it arrived in his showroom?! Like no big deal for his mistake, if I didn't like it "I can send the stuff back because he has No problem selling it in his showroom!!!" Wow!!! After I have referred many people to him and ramped about how nice he is!!! What's worst is that the people who work for him seemed more sorry than he did!!! Clayton the customers are your business! Anyone can make a mistake! But its all in how you fix it that defines you as a businessman or not! Wish you luck with your business!
