I made a last minute order for delivery of a dozen red roses for our anniversary. My plan was to go find them myself after work on the day of, but the night before work decided to interfere. So I got online and looked for any place else because I tried this place many years ago and it didn't go well. Finding nothing else, I decided to try again. I ordered the night before and never thought they'd get there the same week let alone the next day. But I was VERY wrong. I was wrong about everything I had thought. The roses arrived the next morning as promised. And they were the most beautiful roses I've seen in a long time. The price may have been a little higher than what I expected but for the service and beauty, I'd pay for them any day of the week and twice on Sunday! My wife was very pleased with everything about them which of course is the most important thing. I will definitely be using these folks again. read more

Don't wait til the last minute to order flowers for Mom, folks. Otherwise you'll end up in a bind and pay an insane amount of money for flowers I could have picked up at the grocery store for $12. I paid over $80 for this generic arrangement. My mom was happy though, and I got her something delivered at the last minute, so I am not going to rate 1 star. But I will never order from them again. I ordered a flower arrangement plus chocolates for my aunt in law and they came out beautiful but my chocolates were forgotten. I called to ask about it and I felt I was talked to very rudely. I tried to remain calm because I know it must be a crazy season for them due to it almost being mothers day and the corona virus. Plus EVERYONE makes mistakes no big deal so I just gave the lady my info for the order despite her being rude. She ended up apologizing and they're delivering the rest of the order today but this transaction just left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be doing business with them again. read more

This shop is truly amazing. Unfortunately my mother had to put down two of her horses on the same day. I called Tehachapi Flower Shop (I am 3 hrs away) to see if they could immediately send something nice due to my mother being distraught. I spoke with the nicest gentleman (Dennis) who was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma. This shop has been serving Tehachapi for as long as I can remember. They did my wedding flowers that were gorgeous. I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and attention when I go in!! I ordered my daughters prom flowers here weeks before prom and was NOT disappointed. When I arrived on the day I was told to pick up (a day they are not normally open yet opened special to allow people to pick up their prom orders) the corsage was beautiful. It was not however the colors I had ordered. I mentioned it but was going to take the one made because it was beautiful and still matched the color scheme but the owner insisted on remaking it for me. She went out of her way to make me a new one and let me choose between the two right there. And while I waited I observed each order that went out being checked carefully for any mistakes before the customer left the shop. If I could give it negative stars I would. Well let me just say I have never been treated with such disrespect before in my life. I went to this shop in particular due to wanting to buy locally and usually the locals are great all around (except here). I bought my wife 150$ flowers for Valentine's Day that were supposed to be delivered to our home. I ended up getting off early and didn't want to ruin the surprise so I stop by the shop to see if my order was enroute. I walk in and very politely ask if I could find out about my order status. The lady (was told it was the owner later) very rudely replied "I don't know." Now Im confused at the rude remark and behavior towards me and ask "who can I speak with that can help me find out." She replies what's the name under? I give her my name and she raised her voice at me "not your name her name!" Man I thought I was in my 3rd grade class again with that tone almost flinched thinking the ruler was close by haha but I tell her and she says "I don't see her name in the system it might be out for delivery but I don't know." Still speaking with a very rude behavior I will add. I'm am exhausted at this point because I just worked 4 days straight and that was the last bit of patience I had left and I do not say a work I just laugh shake me head and proceed to head out the door.
