The best part is that they come to your place so it makes it so much easier. The process took a little over 1 hour and my fiancé noticed a difference from the session. I was told it "should be covered by insurance" and that I'd only pay the difference, so I agreed to move forward. At checkout, I paid $350 and was told I'd be reimbursed after insurance was billed. Later, I found out my insurance didn't cover it at all. My concern wasn't that insurance denied the claim, it was that I was led to believe my coverage had been verified. Had I known I would likely be responsible for the full cost, I would have waited until I was financially ready. I asked if they could offer a discount given the misinformation, but after more than two months of trying to reach the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had received the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and willingness to address my concerns. I ended up canceling my follow-up appointment and won't be returning. I would recommend confirming that your insurance has actually been verified before agreeing to any treatment that could leave you paying out of pocket.

I went in for a consultation 3 days ago and I was helped by the whole staff. I felt comfortable and like I was going to be taken care of with good heart. I was scheduled to come in for an extraction on one of my broken teeth and I was nervous. Ashley and the entire staff helped me calm down and when Dr Petcu came in to extract my tooth, he gave me words of encouragement and informed me I would not feel anything. He did not lie. I was numb amazingly well and I was able to survive the extraction. I highly recommend coming into this office and getting your teeth taken care of. I know I will be going back again especially since they are the most friendliest office I have ever stepped foot into. Thank you Dr Petcu, Ashley, and all the staff in the office. I saw all the great reviews and double checked if they took my insurance which they did so I booked an appointment. The office is really beautiful and CLEAN! Ariana checked me in and she was so nice and welcoming. Martha took my x rays and she was super nice and gentle when placing the mouth piece in my mouth for my x ray. Dr. Tran made me feel sooo comfortable and went over my treatment thoroughly and answered every question I had. I'm terrified of dentists/ dental work because of past experiences (boooo!!!) BUT Dr. Tran gave me the reassurance I needed to follow through. We went over treatment plans and she even did a filling on one of my teeth TODAY! She is amazing and I'm excited to go back to her.
