I just washed the pants, and the whole stitching on one pant leg came out and the pant leg is no longer hemmed anymore. Now I need to get it fixed again. My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems.
