I told him I had a couple of buttons on my coat that had become loose and one that needed to be moved, then asked him if he offered that service. He looked at me like I had 3 heads and then said "I guess. It would take ten minutes." Noticing that he was upset by my request, I said "Do you offer this service or no?" He sighed and said "If that's what you want.". I said "Well, you don't look like you want the job. Do you want to do it? He responded "Well ya it's my business so why not?" He then lay my jacket down on the counter and let out the biggest sigh. At this point I was mad so I said "Actually let me see my jacket for a sec. I need to get something out of the pocket." I had to ask twice because he questioned why I would need it. Once I got the jacket from him, I said "I'm not giving you my business. The way you just treated me was ridiculous." He threw up his hands and walked to the back of the store as I exited. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Definitely not the type of small business that deserves support from our community.

Looks like a family business and the front area is small so with covid restrictions it's only 1 customer at a time. Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.

I asked how can this happen, and being a long time customer I expected a resolution, instead the owner told me "I should be more careful when u wear my clothes and they only dry clean, not miracles"! this is the second time I have brought my item to this place. the first they did not clean it after a week and I had to rerurn to pick it up when I pointed this out to them on the spot. that time they did not destroy it. Aboud this place by All cost, you will be scammed to think you items have been cleaned and if it is cleaned it will be destroys and the owner will blame you for bringing in your items to be cleaned. this is Not a professional establishment and they have no recourse for their scams towards customers!!
