Panicking that my trip was around the corner and I needed the coat fixed fast, I called up this place to tell them about my problem. The guy on the other end was extremly kind and helpful. He told me to bring in the coat that day and that it would be ready in time. When I arrived at Fine Custom Cleaners, I was greeted by a very kind woman who seemed to be in charge of the tailoring. She had me try on my coat to make some measurements. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was also there, he reassured me that the coat would be done in time and that I would not have to worry. Indeed he was right! The tailoring job looks wonderful and ready before the trip as promised. All this was $25, which is a great price compared to many other places I've been where I was charged more for things like this. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need some tailoring done.

I took a Coach leather purse to get cleaned at Fine Custom Cleaners. When I arrived, Angela was…read morekind and service oriented and I left the purse with her. After abut a week, I was called back to the cleaners to sign a consent form to clean the leather. The form stated that most cleaners do the trick, but they can't predict how leather would react. I signed the form, which is pretty standard, knowing that the bag had been dry cleaned before (by another place) and that standard cleaning works well. However, when I collected my purse afterwards I noticed that the purse was dyed!!! The metal finishings on the purse we covered in paint and the logo was colored over. Plus, the texture was powdery and cakey-- not a leather feel at all. When I approached the employee who was working there at the time he mentioned that the cleaning was outsourced (which was never mentioned) and that dying is a standard part of the process (which it is not). He shifted the blame onto Suede Masters (where it was outsourced), would not accept responsibility for the cleaning job (even though I paid THEM to do it, NOT Suede Masters), or refund the cleaning price (much less compensate me for the purse!). Extremely disappointed in cleaning quality and customer service. BEWARE of this place.

I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service).
