Tragedy! *sings ABBA style* I decided to try out Couture Cleaners as they supposedly clean higher end clothes, AND I found a group deal coupon for $100 worth of drycleaning for $30. They picked up my white coat and another trench coat from my building concierge, and were able to deliver them back to my work when they promised. The white coat has NEVER looked cleaner. AND they replaced a missing button on my trench coat which I hadn't even supplied and matches perfectly! I'd definitely go back if I had to clean an expensive garment or salvage some much loved piece of my wardrobe, but the prices are way too expensive for this to be my day-to-day cleaner. $45 for knee length jackets/coats.Delivery and pickup included, but only between 9-5pm on weekdays.

The kind and patient man running the show also did up my zipper for me after I struggled for like 20 minutes. They asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure the service I requested was clear..The material of the fancy jumpsuit I needed hemmed was complex and painstaking and the price was still really reasonable. Extremely organized and clean space. Air conditioning. Only issue is it's not accessible for anyone with disabilities--it's up a narrow flight of stairs on the second floor. While k was struggling with me zipper I heard folks come in and out to pick up clothes who were clearly delighted repeat customers. I'm sure I will be too.

I called him when I made the discovery and voiced my concern. He said that he used the fabric that was in the bag and that there was no mistake. Had he admitted the mistake and offered to correct it, that would have been a goodwill gesture and I would have accepted it. Sadly, that wasn't the case. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I first dropped by this dry cleaner out of urgent need: I needed my suit cleaned in a hurry and…read morethey were the closest location to my home. They impressed me right away! They had my suit ready the next evening by 5:00 pm as they offer same-day or next day service as a standard. There is no extra fee. It's just how they do it. Just make sure that you drop off your clothes before 9:00 am SHARP for same day service. I kept going here and found out more about this place... They are a local chain with a few locations throughout the GTA. They also offer an environmentally friendly cleaning technology called Green Earth Cleaning, using their own custom blend of sand-based cleaners to get great results without using the traditional dry-cleaning solvents on your clothes. In other words, the clothes look great, they don't smell like a dry cleaner when you pick them up, and the process has less impact on the environment. What's not to like? Finally, this is a high-end dry cleaner and they offer extras that others don't, such as after-hours clothing drop-off, automatic credit card charging for their service, clothing delivery to your home after cleaning, small alterations and tailoring, and even Blue Ribbon service. The Blue Ribbon service costs more but ensures that one specialist will take your garment through the entire cleaning process, start to finish, by hand. The only reason that I won't give Gibson's a full five stars is that it is a bit expensive. If the prices were a bit lower for their regular laundering and dry cleaning service, it would be a perfect 5/5. With long hours, friendly and fast service standard, and high-end extras that you wouldn't expect from a dry cleaner, Gibson's is a great place to go and I highly recommend them!

I would consider the situation and update my review. But the owner did not care.

I came in with two dress pants to be hemmed on the bottom (as they were too long) and the inner part of the leg as there was a hole, this was all $25. I noticed the hemming on the bottom was the right length for both pants, but the hemming was not straight at all and was messy (saw other reviews say the same thing); there were even threads loose. I just washed the pants, and the whole stitching on one pant leg came out and the pant leg is no longer hemmed anymore. Now I need to get it fixed again. Overall, not the best work, but the lady is very kind and works hard.
