I knew them when the internet was a baby, you didn't need more than 64 kilobytes for a computer, and a 5.25" floppy disk could hold more than enough for your program. They were sponsors of our Apple Computer User Group (COACH) in the day. They are good people, dependable and trustworthy, and their 30-day return policy cannot be beat. My first computer, an Apple II+ and monitor, was from them in 1983. I now have their own brand, a PowerSpec Windows 11 Computer. For over 45 years, they have been my computer store!

There were plenty of technicians to keep the wait time down. Owen, who helped me, explained things in terms I could easily understand. They kept my computer to fully determine what was wrong and give me an estimate by text messages. I was able to decide what I wanted done and returned to pick it back up. I decided it was time for a new computer, and Jacob listened to what I needed and had a wonderful and affordable replacement. It was nice because I felt like I was given straight-up answers to my many questions and wasn't pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend Micro Center if you need help with computer issues or a replacement.

I took it to Micro Center, they charged $50 to do…read morediagnostic testing then told me that the computer's screen and LCD cable were defective and quoted me the cost of the repair. I then took the computer to The Computer Store. They told me that it would be very unusual for the computer screen to be defective. The did diagnostic testing at no charge and determined that it was just the LCD cable. They repaired my computer in a very reasonable time and chaged $100 less than MicroCenter ($150 less if the diagnostic charge is included). I will definately be taking my computer to The Computer Store for any repairs and would highly recommend them.

I talked to a woman named Jennifer. I've talked with her no less than five times. She has assured me that she is working on my case she claims she can get no one to respond to her and she's unsure what to do next Jennifer's last statement was today June 19 telling me she would call me back before the end of her workday, which was 6 PM Pacific time. Guess what? I received no call back. My phone is still broken. The screen is not cracked. It's not been resealed correctly. Assure on will not make good on their warranty and Jennifer has not been able to resolve my problem. I was really hoping that I was going to be leaving a review that would tell you they stood behind the work that they did and they were a quality company. Unfortunately two weeks later and there has been no improvement at this point I will be going to Apple getting my phone fixed the right way and I will reach out to others and let them know that this company is not to be trusted. They cannot resolve your problems and by no means, should it take two weeks to resolve my issue when they did not seal the phone correctly for anyone wondering do not use any of these companies and I wish you all the best in repairing your cell phones.
