The technician reprogrammed the remotes and hooked up the equipment. He stated if you have any issues to call him. We had functions on the remotes that did not work. Called him twice with no call back. Called the Geek Squad. at Best Buy in Destin and explained the issue. We were told if we wanted additional service we would have to pay again. Requested to speak to a manager. Was told he would call the following day. Did not receive a call back. It is obvious that the Geek Squad and Best Buy to not stand behind their service.
