I pointed it out to them, and they said it must have been that way when I dropped it off. Why would I have bothered to drive an hour to get to Panama City Beach, (a 2 hour round trip) and pay money to get it fixed, if it was cracked before I dropped it off? They refused to take responsibility. No wonder they demand payment ahead of time.
