She got both dresses done quickly (before the date she told me when I dropped them off). My flower girl who lived out of town grew a lot in the months leading up to the wedding and her dress ended up being too tight the week of the wedding when she arrived. I called Ki and she let me bring it in with my flower girl so she could make last-minute adjustments 3 days before the wedding despite being extremely busy with other jobs. The dress fit perfect the day of the wedding. She is very friendly and is an excellent seamstress! I would recommend her to anyone that needs to have alterations made to their wedding dress.

Joy did a AMAZING job on my wedding dress! It was originally so snug I could barely breathe -…read moreprevious seamstresses told me that my only option to loosen it up would be to install a corset. Joy did not agree, and was able to loosen it up just fine without disturbing the style. It was still tight, but it was tight in the right places and looser in areas that were previously very uncomfortable and somewhat unflattering. She also talked me into doing a new sew in bra - and I am SO happy I did, it looked way better in photos. I received a ton of compliments. Highly recommend!

She just about completely ruined my wedding dress. I called in December of 2025 to ask her when she…read morewould like for me to come in for alterations. I told her the wedding date, which was March 2026. She told me not to come in until February and that she only needed two weeks. So I go in February. Two weeks later we called and got no answer. Eventually she picked up and had me come in THREE DAYS before my wedding. When I got it back there were scuff marks all over it, a button was hanging by a thread, the measurements were uneven, and the bustle was the shottiest work. When I went in to try it on post-alteration it fit perfectly but she insisted it was "too tight" so had me sit for over thirty minutes while she worked on it more. When she finished, she told me to go home and try it on, wouldn't let me put it back on in store. tell me why the dress that she supposedly loosened to fit got even tighter that it would no longer even button???? The lace was torn up and the bust section was lumpy and uneven. My grandma spent over ten hours working on it to fix it up enough for my wedding and it still didn't fit correctly because it had been messed up so bad. Not only all this but the alterations cost more than my wedding dress did and we were unable to get a refund.
