He had the nerve to tell me to use High-Efficiency detergent to help the problem. On top of that, I just found out this wasn't even documented with Frigidaire as a repair; see below for the major impact. This is why I am writing this review. 2nd repair: A few weeks later, MTE came again and fixed a balance issue, which somehow fixed the problem for 2 weeks. no parts were ordered or replaced. 3rd repair: I chose another company who repaired it with a new part completely for a month, before this faulty machine broke down again. Now I know this machine is faulty. MTE does not hold to their time frames, reschedules without consultation, and the technician was in hurry to leave before ensuring my machine was 100% fixed. Now because they did not log the 1st repair, Frigidiaire cannot replace my machine until they see 3 repairs in their system; I am delayed even more because of MTE. In the midst of this pandemic, not having my machine is a struggle.
