    This is a complaint against Friendly computers. Friendly computers is not very friendly. I just…read morecalled today at 11:30am to inquire about router computer service. The guy who took the call said the computer repair store is temporary closed due to covid, but the repair guy is there, and he might be helpful on the phone with my computer router problem, so he transferred me to him. The second employee(a male) was rude and said, "WERE'RE CLOSED". I asked when will you will reopened? He said "NEVER"! I said, "Why did the other guy say you were only temporary closed due to covid, and he also said the hobby store was open but the computer section is closed?" The other guy was also very nice and helpful. He then said "WHAT DID HE SAY?" I said "I just told you." He then accused me of being rude simply because I asked when when they will be reopened and I said I just told you what he said. I don't feel I was rude at all. I was very polite, and the first guy who took the call can verify. I then asked for the manager as the second employee was making me repeat myself and he was saying opposite of the first employee and I didn't feel he understood me. So I asked for a manager. He said, "EXCUSE ME? THERE IS NO MANAGER HERE!". I then asked for the owner. He said "THE OWNER IS NOT HERE!". He then hung up in my face. I called back and he picked up the phone and hungup the phone again. He just picked up the phone, then hung it up. I called back and asked for the manager. The same guy picked up and slammed the phone in my face. I called back once more thinking the first employee will answer, but he didn't. The same second employee kept intercepting the phone call. I asked him if he was the same guy who keeps hanging up on me. He said "YES BECAUSE YOU ARE RUDE". I asked him to stop hanging up on a customer and to please connect me to a manager. He refused to connect me to a manager. This time he said he is the manager, but the last conversation he said there is no manager there and he's not the manager. I then asked for his name since he's the manager (I wanted to discuss his conduct with the owner or real manager). He refused to give his name. I said really? A manager with no name. Mr. Manager, please give me your name. He then repeated me and he said his name is "Mr. Manager". He was being rude and sarcastic. I then asked for the owner, as I was getting nowhere with the so called rude and sarcastic manager, who I find hard to believe he really is a manger. He said the owner is not there. I asked for the owners name. He said the owners name is "Mr. Owner". I informed him that I won't be giving my money nor my business to a business manager and business owner who refuses to give their names. I will take my business elsewhere. He said ok, then he hung up on me. I would like to talk to the owner of the store. His employee is concealing complaints and chasing away customers. I do not recommend this store. Not at all. They are very rude.

Went differently because of his reviews and proximity to me by Ann and Centennial. This guy is pretty straightforward. He comes through with what he talks about. And when there's no guarantees he'll tell you. He went the extra mile and bought software to help recover what might have been on the disc. Even though it is that data was permanently lost, I had the mental rest I needed because I wasn't high anxiety of losing those documents and pictures. A little hard to find but when you get in the business complex just look for purple banners for the companion RC radio toy company. He does support the military with a military discount, but you need to ask before you pay. I would recommend him for his quality of work and his level of educating the customer.
