I was excited to have my work done as fast as they promised, until I learned their promises are as reliable as the Federal government. FWIW, I had 9 company systems needing cleaning, updates, repair. We don't have internal IT, and the person who was doing our IT has retired. We had been told Supertech was the place to turn. We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them.
