Today is 12/23 and I still do not have a bid even after multiple attempts to get H&H to provide one. Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. He called when the fan came in and said that he needed it for 24hrs, which worked for me. The laptop is used in my business and I needed it back asap.
