On August 25, 2017 I brought my ancient Acer One laptop to ITM for possible repair…read more Unfortunately, it was terminal, which is not surprising since it was at least 7-8 years old with an Intel Atom processor. Luckily, the staff at ITM was able to recover the hard drive with all data intact. I went out and purchased a new laptop and ITM was able to copy all the data from the old hard drive onto the new laptop. A great success story in that all my years of computing was saved and is now up and running on a new, somewhat faster laptop. Kudos to the folks at ITM Chris O'Donnell

I called Barry at Discount Computer Outlet and told him about it. I gave him my model# and he ordered the fan, which I prepaid. He called when the fan came in and said that he needed it for 24hrs, which worked for me. The laptop is used in my business and I needed it back asap. Long story short, the fan didn't eliminate the error message so he kept working on it until he discovered what was causing the problem and fixed it. He spent more time than he estimated but did not charge me for additional labor, which I really appreciate. Fast service, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I will definitely be going back for all my computer needs.
