The tapes were difficult to rewatch before because of the quality and how temperamental our camcorder was. We had the home videos transferred to dvds, flash drives, and an external hard drive so we're able to revisit these special memories easily. This service has been invaluable to my family in the wake of a tragic loss and we could not be more grateful for the care and quality of work that was put in. Long story short, the fan didn't eliminate the error message so he kept working on it until he discovered what was causing the problem and fixed it. He spent more time than he estimated but did not charge me for additional labor, which I really appreciate. Fast service, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I will definitely be going back for all my computer needs.
