From Jesse's diagnosis, it was clear the wisest thing to do would be buy a new computer. I bought an Apple refurbished Macbook and he was able to load the older OS version (don't want any AI), advise me on email and iCloud as well as a bunch of other things. He is attentive, kind, and knows what he's doing. Even though I'm in Maine, I plan to continue to work with him remotely when/if I have problems. Thank you, Jesse.

The tapes were difficult to rewatch before because of the quality and how temperamental our camcorder was. We had the home videos transferred to dvds, flash drives, and an external hard drive so we're able to revisit these special memories easily. This service has been invaluable to my family in the wake of a tragic loss and we could not be more grateful for the care and quality of work that was put in. Digitizing our home videos to preserve their integrity has been one of the best and easiest decisions I've made. Definitely recommend GlynnTech for any computer or tech needs!

I called Barry at Discount Computer Outlet and told him about it. I gave him my model# and he ordered the fan, which I prepaid. He called when the fan came in and said that he needed it for 24hrs, which worked for me. The laptop is used in my business and I needed it back asap. Long story short, the fan didn't eliminate the error message so he kept working on it until he discovered what was causing the problem and fixed it. He spent more time than he estimated but did not charge me for additional labor, which I really appreciate. Fast service, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I will definitely be going back for all my computer needs.
