He called when the fan came in and said that he needed it for 24hrs, which worked for me. The laptop is used in my business and I needed it back asap. Long story short, the fan didn't eliminate the error message so he kept working on it until he discovered what was causing the problem and fixed it. Luckily, the staff at ITM was able to recover the hard drive with all data intact. I went out and purchased a new laptop and ITM was able to copy all the data from the old hard drive onto the new laptop.
