Beware of this newspaper. I called and cancelled my subscription over the phone. 3 months later i…read morefound out they were still charging my credit card but didn't send any papers. When i called them they refused to refund me and i asked if they could send me 3 months of paper and they refused. Basically they didn't cancel my account when i asked them too, they still charged my credit card and I had to call my credit card and report them as a fraud company. They refused to send me papers that i didn't receive but paid for with the money they stole from my card. If i could i would give them a 0 star review.

Furthermore, they said I OWED money for this undelivered content. They then hung up the phone, stating that they could not hear me on speakerphone, despite the fact that they were not on speakerphone and nothing had changed on the call. Disgraceful, unethical practices coming from a below-average paper. Look elsewhere for local news.
