They had us drop off and pick up an hour later. It was ready on time. All is well; phone working fine ever since. I called Barry at Discount Computer Outlet and told him about it. I gave him my model# and he ordered the fan, which I prepaid. He called when the fan came in and said that he needed it for 24hrs, which worked for me. The laptop is used in my business and I needed it back asap. Long story short, the fan didn't eliminate the error message so he kept working on it until he discovered what was causing the problem and fixed it. He spent more time than he estimated but did not charge me for additional labor, which I really appreciate. Fast service, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. I will definitely be going back for all my computer needs.
