Unfortunately the employee at the register wasn't the best at customer service. One of my friends fell in love with a dress that was discounted (as most of the items in the store are) and the hem on the sleeve was coming apart. She asked if there was something they could do to accommodate the faulty hem (pay for the stitch fix or discount the price by any amount -$5 would have worked or maybe even a little empathy). The associate said that the manager prices everything and accounts for any fixes like this in doing this pricing. She could not make a professional assessment and said that she could not make a decision without her managers approval. She told my friend that if she wanted to put it on hold and think about the purchase she could. She lost out on an $160 sale and the possibility of 4 life long Tibi customers. I spent $289 of which I've worked hard for - I make less than $30k a year. Very disappointed, however this is the very first time I've had anything like this occur. We did have a great experience with the older associate - she assisted us the whole time we were there, even while we were shopping when the electricity went off for 30 minutes! We had a great experience that ended badly.

Despite being the only customers in the store, none of the employees greeted us, acknowledged our presence, or offered any assistance. Throughout our visit, we felt judged and profiled, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should make every shopper feel valued and respected, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning to this store, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
