I called last Friday to get a technician to come out today, Monday, to activate my ethernet port…read morehere at home. I had a 1:30 pm appointment. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

Wow, so blessed and grateful with my experience with George at TecKnowCare…read more My boss had a printer that wasn't working. It didn't matter what we did to it. She was going to dump it. But I have big dreams so... I thought well... I don't know anyone, but maybe someone can help me fix it. I found George here on YELP and he is so personable and easy to relate to. Busy SoCal life for all, so we arranged a time that worked best for me. He had me bring it to him and within an hour he had it fixed in a jiffy like nothing was wrong with it! Also, it was nice working with someone who is HUMAN, a normal person with great consideration for others and a genuine authenticity of care for me, the customer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome off the cuff in need. I pretty much got an amazing find that needed Georges expertise and special touch. Now I have an awesome printer to do the things I feel called to do. He was gracious enough to sit with me for a few minutes too and make sure I knew how to operate it before taking it home. I'll definitely be referring you out to anyone in need of the services you provide. Thanks George for being all things to all people in authenticity, professionalism and transparency. It makes a difference in our world for sure.

Where do I start, well first they asked me what was wrong. I told them that the laptop shuts off…read moreby itself but the battery light is still on. Then the LCD screen needed replacement plus a full diagnoses. Well, they fixed the LCD for a good price. Then came back to me with a higher quote saying that it was a 4k 133mhz. Which I already explained that to them earlier with them not understanding. Still, no problem. I am very easy to work with and was the whole way, until I got my laptop back that is useless now. Well, I pick it up and you really do not see anyone to talk about the issues when you drop it off or pick it up. That's strike one. Secondly, I pick it up and get home it still shutting off. Strike 2. Now the main issue, if you do a full diagnoses they should have known it was the GPU. Because it lags with game play. I tell them that and then they act like we did what you wanted and the motherboard needs replacement. First, they should have diagnosed it, and saying that before we even proceeded forward. This was one of the worse experiences I have had with any company. I should have had my brother tell me, as he is an IT. He would have known right away when it shuts off that is internal. But I wanted to give him a break because he does it all day. So, I had to pay about 3 hundred for easy labor or diagnoses. But they just updated the GPU driver and cleaned it. But yet didn't notice that it was useless. Now I am stuck with a razer laptop that is basically useless and I paid 800 bucks for an LCD screen new battery and diagnoses. If they would have done their job with the diagnoses I would have paid just like a 99 for diagnoses, which would have been fine. Oh and get this they wanted to sell me a new battery adapter for 180 bucks. I mean I would stay clear from this company. You cannot even speak to someone face to face. Then they tried selling me stuff I didn't need. Worse experience ever, and I will be putting in a claim with my cc company asap.
