Just a piece of advice, DO NOT take your phones there to be fixed. They totally jacked my phone up. To make matters worse, their customer service is HORRIBLE !!!! The little girl they have working the front, she looks like she is still in high school, her greeting to me was raised eyebrows. Not "How may I help you?" or "Can I help you?" She was extremely rude and bitchy. When I came back an hour later. She had the nerve to ask me what i wanted. When I told her I cane to pick up my phone she says where's your claim ticket. Not that I was just in there an hour earlier. When I tried to call attention to the fact that my phone is not working correctly, she started to take it back to the technician and changed her mind and just gave me back my phone saying "What's the problem?! She had seen that the screen would not light up . It takes three or four tries of touching the screen before it materializes. I went to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed because I had cracked it. Paid around 40 or 50 can't really remember but it was reasonable since it's an old phone. Picked it back up within an hour and everything was fine till I realized my home button was really loose. Like I could turn it upside down with my thumb. Without a doubt these people scam. Dropped my phone this morning, it was horrible cracked my entire phone screen!! (Didn't have a screen protector on) I wasn't able to text or make calls because the screen was cutting my fingers, Good thing this place is around the corner from my job so I decided to pass by, The owner was really friendly he gave me a good deal only $70 to change my screen, when the mall charges $100 they even offered me a screen protector for $5 more done deal! I went here to get my screen fixed, the owner said it will take 30 mins to fix the screen, but that's not what they said on the phone...They took my phone into the back to fix it, that should of been a red flag to me.As I was waiting for my phone to be fixed a couple walks in telling the owner that the "technician" messed up both their cameras and switched his camera with an android camera.--They also told me that went in to fix their screen too. Major red flag for me!!! The tech then proceeds to charge them over 100 dollars each to just fix their camera again but not replace it. I tried to get my phone back because at this point I've been waiting for 15 mins and didn't want them to touch my phone...but all 3 people in this SCAM of business, gave me a hassle. ...They finally give me my phone 10 mins later. When I get to the end of the block I checked my back/rear camera and it's jumping/shaking and making a clicking noise like it's possessed. I walk back there they said I would have to pay. I said "no, why? ..I came to get my screen fixed, not my camera. So why is my camera not working now, I shouldn't have to pay for you to fix it." THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST. THEY MESS UP YOUR PHONE SO THAT YOU CAN COME BACK TO GET IT FIXED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THEY TAKE IT TO THE BACK AND WILL MESS UP YOUR PHONE. 1 MONTH LATER MY SCREEN IS GLITCHING AND MY BACK/REAR CAMERA IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY EVEN AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT. I checked before I left but didn't turn my camera to the side, when I got home I tried to take pictures to see if they changed my camera and when I turned it to the side it started jumping/shaking again. They gave me such a hassle to fix my camera and blamed it on me. My camera and iphone 7 worked perfectly fine going in there even with a cracked screen it worked perfectly fine. NOW MY IPHONE'S SCREEN IS GLITCHING, AND MY BACK CAMERA ISN'T WORKING AND THE SCREEN PROTECTOR THEY CHARGED ME 5 DOLLAR EXTRA FOR ISN'T EVEN TOUCH SENSITIVE AND IS CHEAP. THIS IS NOT FAIR. DON'T GO HERE! I REPEAT, DON'T GO HERE OR THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE MALL TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED, BECAUSE THEY FIX IT IN FRONT OF YOU, SO YOU SEE WHAT THEY'RE DOING, AND IT ONLY TAKES 15 MINS OR LESS.
