Pricing...Hit or Miss Some things felt worth it. My sister found a couple board games at decent prices. But I almost bought a matching game for my son and realized it was close to the same price as Walmart. For only a dollar or two difference, I'd rather buy new and not worry about missing pieces. The Pac-Man Moment The real MVP? The Pac-Man machine in the corner. No quarters needed, just play. My son loved it. Honestly, I want to go back just for that and browse again. I'm not sure if it's for sale or just there for customers, but it was such a fun little surprise. Neighborhood Vibes It's a small neighborhood business in South LA, and I respect that. They focus on resale, reuse, and community, which I love supporting. It feels like a local spot trying to do something meaningful. Customer Service There was one woman working when we went. My sister interacted with her more than I did, but she said she was kind and helpful. Final Take It's small. Some deals are good, some are just okay. But it's local, it's community based, and my son had a blast with Pac-Man.

Another gift giving year was upon me and I specifically drove from OC to downtown L.A. to buy some…read morebeautiful scarves from T & G Fashions. I walked into the tiny shop and there were three other parties in the shop which made it packed! I knew I needed at least 3 dozen scarves to give as X-mas gifts to office staff, sonny boy's teachers, etc. and started to look at the samples. I asked the owner if she remembered me and of course I received the response, "ya ya, how many dozens do you need?"....hilarious! My timing was perfect becuz the owner told me that the scarves I was interested in purchasing were a $1 cheaper than last year....NICE! Give me 4 dozen! The ladies that received the scarves luved their gift. C'mon, who wouldn't like a $25 Gift Card along with a nice scarf as a gift? Just an FYI - Bring cash as leverage for bargaining. I'll be back next year.... 5 Stars!
