Before beginning the process of drilling holes and running wires through our office, they planned everything out to make sure that everything is hidden and clean. They made it their priority to make sure the wiring is done in the neatest possible way. Our office has the exposed ceiling look and with about 15 wires that are needed through the space, we can't even tell the wires are there! After the wires were in place, Sean went through each port to make sure they worked. And throughout the entire process he thoroughly explained what it is that they will be doing and how they will do it. Sean also helped my office set up a networked server. Before he left, he wanted to make sure every single computer was properly connected and working. So I panicked on a Sunday when all of a sudden my 6 year old Dell laptop refused to connect to the wireless in my house. Apparently, my "wireless network adapter" had failed. WTH does that even mean? And of course, on a Sunday when nobody is open. I immediately yelped and found Tech Guys. I called the number and left a message and Sean called me back about an hour later. He wasn't available that day, but he was very patient on the phone and gave me a workaround to connect to the internet until he could diagnose the problem. Basically, just hard wiring to the router. This may sound really basic but for those of us who are not computer savvy: Pure Genius! So after getting me connected to the internet, Sean said I could bring it over to the office the next day. I met him there that night and within FIVE minutes he had fixed the problem!! Not only that, but he hooked me up with a really good antivirus software and was super nice about explaining everything. I almost felt like I had wasted his time b/c my "issue" turned out to be very insignificant. So, for the time spent with me on the phone Sunday plus the time fixing my problem and downloading the Malware for me on Monday...the total cost? ZERO. That's right; Sean didn't charge me anything. Please don't call him based on this concept alone; I think maybe mine was a special case where it was just so simple he maybe felt guilty putting a price on it? But the reason I'm disclosing this information is to point out what an honest and genuine person Sean is. (Not to mention extremely knowledgeable with computers) You don't come across these types too often; especially in LA. These guys came in and told me that we would have to network all your computers together in order to start sharing folders with one another. Apparently I had one of the worst recent viruses out there that crashed my computer. I couldn't access anything no files, no pictures, no documents it was basically useless!
