My iPhone 8 screen was cracked for months so I thought I should go inside and see if there is something they can do. Gavin is the person that was there and he was very friendly. Kinda makes you feel like you've known him for years even though it was the first time. He looked at the phone and said he could fix it and it would be about 10 minutes plus or minus and gave me the price. The price he gave me was more than 50% less than what I was quoted from a licensed Apple dealer in a city 30 minutes away. So I was all in. I left to go order my food next door and in the time in took for my food being ordered to my food being prepared and paid for my phone was done! I am in fact typing this review on what is like having a brand new iPhone! Can't even believe I went so long using this with a cracked screen for so long when I had an affordable and simple solution right here in my own backyard here in Greeneville. Gavin did a phenomenal great job on my phone. So thankful and it was a pleasure doing business at MyPhone. I would recommend and refer to anyone that needs to get their phone fixed. I was actually thinking I needed to buy a new phone before this and had I not come across this store I probably would have. Now my iPhone is good as new!

I began email correspondence with the owner Chris Lee. Mr Lee offered in an emai to compensate me for the cost of replacing my daughter's phone. The email said nothing about needing the device first. When I accepted, he then told me I have to send him the device first. As this seemed very odd, and wasn't mentioned in his original offer, I told him I would be happy to send him the device once I received the promised check. Mr Lee has now stopped answering my emails and I still haven't received a check. This is a very dishonest and frustrating way for him to handle his employee's damage to my property. There are reputable repair places in the area, this is not one of them!

My kids and family break them pretty regularly, I will save up 3 or 4 broken ones and take them all to get fixed at the same time. I normally use cell repair shops, but I saw Batteries Plus, and I figured I would give them a try. They wanted 50-100 dollars more than any other place. I decided to give it a go with my 8th gen iPad. A little over two hundred dollars seemed steep, but, I was OK with it if they were going to use quality parts. They did it fast enough... I came back and checked it out, but I made a huge mistake. I used the power button to turn the iPad on, not the home button. This lead me to forget to test the home button. The screen works fine, but they destroyed the home button. It won't push like it did, it wobbles, and it takes 3 - 4 tries to get it to work, sometimes more. THEY HAD TO KNOW they didn't repair it correctly, yet they said nothing. I've had shops put in digitizers that had dead spots, and pitted sub-quality glass. This is just as blatant, no pride in the work they did. I paid more than $200 and received something broken in return. I set the IPad in a drawer and did not use it for a month, I get it out today and the screen has separated at the bottom edge. 2 Strikes, other shops in Greeneville and Johnson City, TN, charge up to eighty dollars less for the same service.

Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! Does not even deserve one star, but had to select it to warn everyone else of there secrets, and how they do business, and could care less about there customers. Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice.
