Couldn't give me any specifics other than "your ice maker's bad" and, when pressed for more detail, "It's not harvesting". When I asked what part/piece was bad, he replied "your ice maker. It's bad". I'm fairly confident this joker has never seen an icemaker in his life and had no idea what he was doing. Then he tried to charge me more than I was quoted over the phone. I'm out $95 and I still have no ice. They're thieves.
